Campbell from Kove property consultants is an asset and credit to the company his knowledge due diligence and attention to detail was second to none very impressed by his exemplary skills and calm reassuring communication manner, his ability to explain things to a layman like myself was excellent! I’ve sourced four properties through Kove so far and I’m now coming up to two years since the first purchase and starting to see real capital growth. I’m going to look to pull equity out the properties soon to scale the portfolio further. Just had a follow up call with Natalie (client success manager) at Kove to check in to see how we are getting on with the four properties that were sourced via Kove around a year ago. It was a very valuable call, she is a pleasure to deal with and we’ve got a good plan moving forward to maximise our returns and build out our portfolio in the future. Natalie & the rest of the team at Kove have been great to deal with.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Kove Properties to anyone looking to generate genuine income from property investing.

The main issue is the high upfront fees charged to investors, primarily for sourcing the property. While the projected ROI is presented as attractive at the beginning, once all fees, costs, and realistic expenses are included, the actual returns are nowhere near what is initially suggested.

In my view, the model appears to be structured in a way that benefits Kove through upfront commissions, rather than prioritising long-term profitability for the investor. After running the real numbers, the investment no longer made sense from an income or ROI perspective.

If your goal is to build sustainable property income, I would strongly suggest doing independent due diligence or looking elsewhere. The returns presented are, in my opinion, misleading once the full cost structure is taken into account.

Although my dealings were primarily with another company, Shani at Kove was very attentive at liaising between the other company & myself.

We had a great experience working with Kove Properties, and in particular want to give thanks to Dee Phadi, who supported us throughout the client aftercare process.

We have sourced numerous buy-to-let investment purchases through Kove and we just completed another recently. Dee was very helpful at every stage. She was proactive in following up on details, communicated clearly and efficiently, and negotiated on our behalf when needed. Dee went above and beyond by liaising with builders and contractors to reassess refurbishment costs, and as a result, she successfully secured a discount on the purchase price when it became clear the refurbishment would be higher than initially budgeted.

Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to acting in our best interests made the process smooth and reassuring. Will happily work with Kove again in future to continue growing our portfolio!

Bought a BTL property through Kove this year - told them it needed to be at arms length as I don’t have the luxury of time.
