I came across this company when I was looking to expand my property portfolio this summer, and I couldn’t praise them highly enough…. They helped me find the right property, liaised with solicitors on my behalf and generally took the stress out of everything. Their customer service was exemplary throughout…. My investment property with Kove has been live for 12 months and has been a financial disaster. I’m pleased to see the company can now be found on TrustPilot as I’m sure my experience cannot be unique.
Initially Khove pushed me to buy a property with significant structural damage which appeared to stem from subsidence. I decided against it and purchased another property they recommended.
The return has been 3.91% rather than their estimate of 15.11%. Investing in an S&P tracker would have given over 10% return (average over 30 years) without any of the work or worry involved. This would save the £5,000 payment to Kove and the money could be retrieved the same day without early redemption fees or Estate Agents fees.
Koves estimates of the value that will be added by refurbishment make no sense i.e. that a property purchased for £100k which will be worth £150k when refurbished at a cost of £50k, is £50k under market value. Additionally their projections of how property prices will rise are wildly optimistic bearing no resemblance to government records. ONS show an annual growth over the last 20 years of just 1.81%.
Based on my experience, I’d advise anyone against doing business with them.

I’ve used Kove three times over the last 18 months, and they have been fantastic. The team are responsive, special shout out to Marron, and the numbers that they provided before I purchased the property are realistic and stack up. The refurbishment process was smooth, and I was kept informed all the way through - no nasty surprises! If there were any small bumps along the way, the Kove team were on hand to support. If you’re looking to get into property investing, I would highly recommend surrounding yourself by people that know the industry inside out, like Kove do. I now have three cash flowing properties and plan to use Kove to scale my portfolio in the future.

And shaming single parents is worse,if 2 parents find it hard SINGLE parents find it double hard its a 24 hours job 365 days a year no one is taking money of tax payer its an unpaid job additional to parenting.

I have followed Kove for about a year and finally decided to take the leap when I was ready a week ago.
They have been incredible - professional, friendly, attentive, very knowledgeable and top notch expertise in their field.
So far I worked directly with Oliver and Marron and have only good things to say.

I am now going into the mortgage and conveyancing process, then refurb and lettings - I hope things will work out well (many things can go wrong) and will definitely use them again as I go on.
