I have followed Kove for almost a year and found their dedication, information and support very encouraging. They have good market knowledge and experience. Dan, Jeremy, Vona, Vic and Chris were extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. I like that they have set good standards in their projects. Kove also maintains a good level of follow-up for improvements and maintenance.

I mainly dealt with Angel who kept me up-to-date with progress at all times and was always available to speak with if I had any questions. Would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

This is the first property I have ever bought, so I didn’t really know all the steps needed to get to completion. Kove has really helped hold my hand all the way through and my situation isn’t the easiest as I live in China. Marron and Monica are great, they’ve helped push everything through and are always willing to help with any questions I’ve had. I’ve recommended Kove to my friends and plan on using them again to buy my second property. I’m still waiting to complete but everything is with the solicitors now, and Monica is helping chase them.

So far so good. We were apprehensive at first as this is our first venture into property acquisition. Within just a couple of weeks, we have identified a property, placed an offer, been outbid, offered several others to consider, chosen one and are well on the way to ownership and a residual income. It's been incredibly smooth. Marron and Carl were fantastic, not a day went by without comms. We hope the rest of our journey is just a smooth.

Just started my journey with Kove. Vona has been so helpful answering any queries I had and always replied super quickly as well whilst getting everything on place to make a start. Dans catch up meetings and advice were vital and helpful in laying out what Kove does but also advising around mortgages, saving and limited company set up too. Worked with Angel on a recent property purchase her client was purchasing through ourselves at Springbok Properties. Angels customer service goes above and beyond. My overall experience has been very good with Kove and they have been very accommodating with any issues I raised and Dan was always on hand to answer any questions and make time for a call which is rather refreshing for places like this to actually be able to deal with and speak to the owners. Would recommend Kove properties as they make it easy to become that property mogul everyone wants to be.

Had a fantastic experience using Koves services, Angel in particular has been very helpful and informative throughout the whole process.

This was my first property I was ever buying and the whole process was made easy by Kove so put me at ease. They explained each step, the process was smooth and whilst I work on a boat abroad being able to contact people via WhatsApp with quick replies made the process super simple and each person I dealt with was always very helpful.

Highly recommend Dan and Jez , Kish and the team. I’ve used Kove a couple of times now been working with them since 2022. Most recently completed on a property in Blyth. My experience has been very positive with Kove and team. With work it’s just not possible for me to find and view these properties myself so Kove was a perfect fit. They have been a few hiccups with delays but completely out of Koves control. They have been communicative and always there to solve issues I would definitely use again.

I want to specifically thank Nasser the project manager. He has been a godsend dealing the survey and refurbishment. The whole process has been seamless, at each stage I have videos explaining what will happen, I have clear points of contact if I need anything. Most importantly I’ve been handholds through the whole process. Best company I’ve dealt with in this field by far. My plan is to buy one property a year and I plan to use Kove to buy again next year. If your looking for a hands off solution these are your guys

If you're looking for a 'hands-off' property investment in North-East England then i cannot recommend Kove enough!!
I've had dealings with Dan, Jez, Vona, Monica & Maria & they have all been great. They are very knowledgeable about property & the North-East but more importantly they are honest & transparent.

You hear a lot of advice online about getting into property but Kove are able to translate that into actionable steps. Dan has provided great advice on how to structure my residential mortgage to be able to refinance based on equity, I will be using them to source my first buy-to-let and later serviced accom.

I have worked with Jez and Dan for last few years having invested in one of their projects and they have sourced two deals for me. They have managed every aspect of a number of our deals including sourcing, refurb and the renting out. We decided to put a mortgage on one of our properties so they very helpfully arranged for us to go with their broker to sort this. They are always very helpful and great to deal with.
