Pretty good, I had my doubts but I was very happy. when it finally came.
The shipping was slow though, took about an extra month just to get my order and when it came the box was badly beaten up.
There are a few things that need to be fixed on the website since tracking is broken and track my order isn't working either.
I had to ask the helpline where the package was for most of the shipment process.

I got a great deal on a 52 cards set of Butter LOMO cards. Just had to pay shipping charges. Cards are good quality- not fuzzy or blurry. Had no issues with transaction. Shipment arrived timely and in perfect condition.
Frustrated!!!
I ordered BTS logo rings ending of June and I still didn’t receive them. It’s already August. I emailed support and told them that it was last tracked July 4 at New York Linehaul. They replied that it was still in transit and used COVID as an excuse but didn’t tell me any more details to where the items at. Now Trackship has issue problems when you try to track your order. So frustrated!
It’s now August 18 and I still didn’t receive them. How much longer do I have to wait?

Ripoff
I was charged 29.99 and 19.99 for the club and received an $8 unofficial bag that had the strap sewn on backwards. Do not waste your money.
Edit: I paid $50 total to receive this bag. I didn't expect it to be official merch... I did, however expect that for $50 (the total I was charged for choosing the option for premium merch) the strap wouldn't be sewn on backwards and it wldnt be worth $8. I could have bought it on wish for less than $8 and saved my $50.

Waiting since April 6
Order was placed April 6th and still havenʻt received it. We realize this is coming from far away but there has been no follow up nor support to tell us. I ordered the highest membership that was available and all the merchandise with it. This for my teenage daughter who loves this group. It was ordered as a surprise and instead the surprise has been on me. The tracking only goes to June 22nd. It is now July 3rd. Still being charged for monthly membership with nothing to show for it. Very Disappointed.

Not what was promoted and told
We were under the impression that we would be getting newer merchandise and be able to test out the latest things. When we signed up, We received an item from many many albums ago and it was dirty on the inside which was disheartening. I emailed the company and they didn't do anything to correct the issue, they just said I could cancel on the my account portion of the website which we ended up doing since no one cared to help fix or address our question and concern. My daughter was looking forward to this and sad to say she wont be.
