this site is great with the many BTS products as well as other K-pop groups and items. I love how it's another way for me to connect through my idols by buying their brands and promoting their stuff. I love it here, highly recommend.

All of my purchases arrived much sooner than last year. You guys have stepped up your game. Although I did have excellent Customer Service last year...just that I guess it was a long ride. I loved the specials they had and how easy it was for me to use my credit card and have a prompt service. The items were packaged perfectly so there was no damage at all. Plus they notify you every step your package is at. At the end thank you BTS ARMY CLUB you guys rock.

I made an order in August 2020. Shipping took about a month to get to Washington. I was missing a phone case and the mask was damaged. I e-mailed customer support and they said they would ship out new items. It has been almost 3 months and have sent 3 e-mails since and still have not heard back from anyone if I would be receiving my items or a refund.

I ordered the BTS Dynamite box. I had trouble with tracking (it didn’t give me accurate information on where the package was). Once I received it however, I was happy to see the beautiful and good quality products in the box. I was disappointed that my J-Hope posters were a bit bent around the edges and the hat was messed up a bit from being flattened for too long. Everything else was good though.

The two products I ordered were not sent at the same time and I have to wait an extra six weeks for the second item to arrive which will turn up more than two months after I ordered it. Wasn't until I emailed that I was told that the items were emailed separately.
Never ordering from this place again, only buying official merchandise from an official reseller.

I was kept up to date on my items whereabouts. The item was delivered in a timely manner and was well packaged. Awesomeness at it's best!

Everything arrived looking beautiful. All of my items were protected and individually wrapped so morning got tangled, snagged or bent. Would highly recommend. Thank you 💜

The 2X sweatshirt was nice, but too small.

Loved it!! I ordered a bts dynamite t-shirt and it came around when it said it would and the material was very nice and it fit perfectly. Would buy from them again.
