I was placed on hold for 90 days that I couldn't withdrawal my crypto, without asking why, and what I was doing. I was withdrawing to a private cold wallet as an investment, and all of a sudden, I was not able to. This is wrong, as I have rights to carry out investment the way I feel I want to conduct, not have enforcement placed on my account.

Easy to use I wish they had a bit better support if I had to come up with somthing . Withdrawal fast and easy . Up to 10% on your money allocated witch is the highest I’ve seen in all my trading sites .

They close account for no reason. The so-called internal review. Fine. The fees are not cheap anyways. bye

The speed and efficiency of transactions is impressive; you are apparently a U.S. based entity, which gives me hope that if problems arise, I can communicate with entities that are familiar with U.S. protocol.

Very easy to set up an account and invest. Receiving same APY % on my investments.

Kraken and Kraken Pro are excellent Crypto exchange platforms. I started with the Pro version that provides higher level tools and a better price point. It was my first Crypto experience and with Kraken I will continue to learn and develop my trading skills.

Every time you buy into crypto it drops to no return and as soon as you sell it jumps up that’s messed up scammy

Yesterday i got online / Kraken i had heard about a new release, SPACE SPC
I trusted Kraken.
Selling price opened at .072 I purchasd $230.00.
A couple of hours later I noticed I has not signed out, i clicked on the site to clse it Space was down to .0042. I thwn went online to check history. Space was at .0042 on the 29th, Crooks, absolutely Crooks! i stopped payment and I am clossing my account. i also wnet back and checked other crypto in the past, same thing. prices not current and overinflated,

I received two payments close to eachother ( within 1-2 minutes ) Which apparantly triggers a security restriction on my account.

I received a blank email that has "no subject"

Sent in a support form. No answer.
Trying to talk to the AI bot asking it to put me through to an actual person. Ai bot responds that it cannot do that because I have a pending email action that I need to reply to. Impossible when they send blank emails.

This happened a few days ago also, but then the restriction got removed after 3 days.

Trying to get any help is impossible, also you dont know for how long they will hold your money.

Depuis le 20 mars, j’essaie de faire un virement de 1 200 € depuis Kraken pour récupérer mon argent, et à chaque fois le virement est indiqué comme “échoué”.

Je vous déconseille très fortement cette plateforme si vous voulez avoir l’esprit tranquille et éviter de vous prendre la tête. N’achetez pas vos cryptos sur Kraken. Regardez les avis et les commentaires : vous verrez que je suis loin d’être le seul dans cette situation.

En plus, vous envoyez un e-mail le lundi et vous obtenez parfois une réponse seulement le lundi suivant. Par contre, après ce message, ils viendront sûrement répondre rapidement en commentaire pour donner l’impression qu’ils sont réactifs publiquement. Mais croyez-moi, quand il s’agit de régler réellement le problème par e-mail, c’est une vraie angoisse.

Il m’est arrivé d’envoyer un e-mail et de rester plus de huit jours sans aucune réponse. À ce jour, mon problème n’est toujours pas réglé, et cela fait bientôt plus de 40 jours que cette situation me complique la vie, me fait perdre du temps à envoyer des e-mails et à chercher des solutions.

Since March 20th, I’ve been trying to make a €1,200 bank transfer from Kraken to recover my money, and every single time the transfer is marked as “failed.”

I strongly do not recommend this platform if you want peace of mind and want to avoid unnecessary stress. Don’t buy your crypto on Kraken. Just look at the reviews and comments — you’ll see that I’m far from being the only person dealing with this kind of issue.

On top of that, you send them an email on Monday and sometimes you don’t get a reply until the following Monday. But after this message, they’ll probably reply quickly in the comments to make it look like they are responsive publicly. Trust me, when it comes to actually solving the problem through email support, it’s a real nightmare.

There were times when I sent an email and received no response for more than eight days. As of today, my issue is still not resolved, and it’s been almost over 40 days now that this situation has been making my life difficult, wasting my time with emails, and forcing me to constantly look for solutions.

Kraken, Krak and everything related to them are frauds.

It’s very user friendly, I had no knowledge coming onto this platform

Easy to read gui for beginners. And the ones I'm invested in are doing well.

I wish I could move my money next day instead of having to wait seven (7) or more days. Will that be possible?
