This is a total waste of money. It will certainly not grant you the gift of never having to clean your toilet, as it only could clean below the water line, but a las, it doesn't do that either. I took before photo and waited about 2 months and nothing. Note: I cleaned everywhere except below waterline (because you have to). I saved a friend from making the purchase as well.

I tried to return it because it doesn’t work. They wouldn’t refund my money. They offered me some other gizmo that was to make it work better. That doesn’t work either. I spent 125.00 for garbage.

Product didn't work at all. It sounded like it was made using a science based process but it was a waist of money in all ways.

I will be returning my Krazy Klean Pros. My experience has been that the advertising is misleading and only upon further research have I found that they aren’t actually made to keep your toilet clean. The claim of no more cleaning toilets is false and misleading to the public. Please do not waste your money. This is a scam. I can’t wait for the class action.

Total piece of junk. Did NOTHING to help keep my bowls clean. Complete waste of money. Absolutely not as advertised.

Waste of time and money

This product is a total waste of money!! The FaceBook ad said it lasts for up to ten years. The packaging says forever. The fine print on the instruction says three days. Total waste of money.

I purchased krazy klean for all three toilets in my home. I installed them after thoroughly cleaning not only the toilet bowl but also the toilet tank in each toilet. I also used a pumice stone to remove excessive hard water stains. This product does not live up to the hype proclaimed by the manufacturer. I thoroughly cleaned each toilet again and within a day I’m seeing hard water stains in the bowl..

The product did not clean as promotions described. Unhappy with this product. I tried it for a few months but no positive results.

My tank that is serviced by my natural well water used to go brown all the time. Since I started using the KrazyKlean product, it no longer collects iron. I can’t say why my water is different from the one star reviews. It’s weird how I got what I paid for and they didn’t. But I swear, it’s working going on 5 months now. Not expecting it to go on for ten years. For now, I no longer have to use my hands to go deep in there to clean out the stains. Feel bad that others aren’t having that much luck.

I've been using this product in two different toilets for over three months. Not only has it failed to work as advertised, but it also leaves a strange colored ring in the bowl, giving me more to clean. I'm not going to bother filing a complaint because, frankly, it feels like a waste of time. Lesson learned. Thanks, Krazy Klean, for an ineffective product that creates extra cleanup.

Absolutely junk. Dropped one in two diff toilets and ring still there. Does not get rid of rings nor prevents. Those canisters do nothing. No reply from company. Took my $69 and are laughing.

The save the world, 10+years warranty is not true. I have now had to change this filter and it has only been 3 months and it does nothing to stop the black drips from the water flushing holes. The rubber parts of my flushing system are still deteriorating; I still have to scrub out my toilets.

We saw the TV ad with the older gentleman talking with (what seemed like) his granddaughter. He handed her one of the Krazy Klean items and she simply dropped it in the back of the toilet. My experience was a little different. First, we ordered Krazy Klean from Amazon and when it came, the name on the side of the item was Jue Fish. We opened the package and what we saw was NOT was was advertised. It was basically like the old blue blocks we used to drop inside the tank and we had to make sure that the dogs didnt drink the water from the toilet. There were 3 blue blocks. We followed the directions and placed one of the blue tablets/blocks in the plastic container and then placed the cone back on the top. We then dropped it in the back of the tank in an open area. We did this in 2 of our toilets. The very next morning we noticed that both of the toilets were running. We opened the back of the tank and noticed a few issues. First, the two piece module that was put together was now back in 2 pieces and one of the pieces had lodged under the flap, meaning, the water kept running and trying to fill the toilet. The first blue tablet was totally dissolved. I removed it from the toilet and put it right where it belonged...in the trash can next to the toilet. The same thing occurred in the other toilet. That was also placed in the trash receptacle. Once again, I continue to learn lessons about slick advertising. If it seems to good to be true, it probably isnt. This is probably one of the biggest scams and bad products that ive purchased in several years.

To work for the first two weeks. Then I began to notice the usual toilet scum creeping back in. And seemingly, it was worse than prior.

This product is nothing more than blanket bombing marketing and consumers like each of us fall for an obvious scam. Terrible.

IT DOESN'T WORK, EVEN WORST MADE MY TOILET STAINS HARDER TO CLEAN WASTE OF MONEY

I used Krazy Klean in 3 brand new toilets and had rings within a short time. Definitely not worth the money. The 10 year promise is a joke!

This project should be in the top 5 of all time scams. Tried it in 3 different toilet water tanks. Within 3 weeks the “blue cleaner” petered out. The unit was in 2 places and jammed up the tank flapper. 10 years, didn’t make 3 weeks.

A total joke and waste of $. If it appears to be too good for what’s represented…. You know the rest!

Krazy Klean does not work. I do not recommend to buy this product.

This is a FRAUD DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I PURCHASED IN JULY OF 2025 FOLLOWED THIS INSTRUCTION TO THE LETTER AND I'M STILL SCRUBBING TOLIETS!!!
