I'm mad at myself for falling for your scheme. I had hoped you were being honest when you advertised crazy clean. I bought 2 for my household and 2 for my sister. We both still have to clean our toilets every other day. So dissatisfied.

I initially wrote a review after having this in my toilet for a few weeks. It has been months now and my reaction to it has changed. I was very disappointed at first. As time went on, I noticed that my toilet tank was perfectly clean. Then I noticed the black and pink slime from under the toilet rim was gone. In one of our older toilets, the ring was so bad, I tried to get it off with a pumice stone, but the ring continue to come back. Now, after about 3 months, there is no slime and the rings in the toilet are rare enough that I only have to use toilet bowl cleaner every couple of weeks. My thought is that the reason it didn’t initially clean is because it was removing all matter from the toilet tank and that was contributing to the ring in the toilet. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars it it would have been nice if the company had given a heads up about how long it would take to see results. I have them in 3 toilets. My plumber came to replace the inside of my old toilet and he was amazed at the difference(he has come to our house for remodels of the bathrooms, etc and this was not his first time working on this toilet).

I just got mine yesterday and already burned through 3 tablets on one and doesn't do what it claims. Then its to light and flots. It separated and the top got stuck in the plunger and the water ran all night long. This is the worse product I bought. They lie about how long it last and how well it works.

Does not work. I still have to clean like I did before. Useless product!! Do not buy!! I have had this in my house since early summer. Worse purchase of 2025. They will be trashed.

I had watched the advertising videos and decided to give it a try. I ordered 3 units and 25 days later I am still cleaning all 3 commodes. I wanted to test the theory behind the hype and this product failed 100% Does NOT live up to it's claim.
A waste of my hard earned money! Do NOT recommend!

It just plain doesn’t do what that marvelous video shows it will do . I didn’t expect it to get rid of the stains I had already , but,I’m cleaning my toilet same as always . I should learn by now Not to believe these miraculous commercials . What a joke 😢

This is a scam!! I used it in a brand new construction house with everything new! They refuse to believe that this item did not work so support sent me a booster. That did not work either and that's also when they stopped responding to the support emails. They refuse to refund for product that does not work and this is definitely a scam. I also have a picture but I'm not sure exactly how I can post it

I used this product for over a month and saw no improvement in my toilet at all. Unfortunately, it didn’t work as advertised. I would not recommend it.

Purchased cleaners. Claim it gets rid of stains and u don’t have to clean toilet. That has not been my experience. Clean less but not never. Did I get my monies worth? Definitely not.

Asked for more info by Krazy Clean. I live in Oregon and I have city water and still have to clean my toilets. The product is not as advertised.

Nothing changed in my toilet. It's just a piece of plastic in the tank that does nothing.

I purchased 3 Krazy klean toilet bowl cleaners. Actually, I believe I ordered 2 and got one free. Such a disappointment. I hate all things toilet cleaning and I was hoping this was going to be the answer, below the water line. We went on a 5 day vacation and when we got home all three bowls have a ring in them. I probably wouldn't sweat it, but these things were not cheap! At $30+ each, what a ripoff. My advice, keep your money and scrub the bowl!

I purchased 4 Krazy Klean toilet bowl cleaners and all 4 failed! The product did not work as promised they all leaked some blue slime like substance right where they were placed and that blue stuff just sat there it never transferred into the toilet bowl. I had to literally stir the stuff just to get it to move! All 4 did the same. I told The company and all they answered was how to clean my toilet bowl lecture did not offer to compensate me In any way whatsoever. They also did not admit that their product failed. Never buying this product again and neither is none of my family which is numerous

Great service, pilot and professional people before the sale. I bought two back in March 2025, less than 3 weeks the toilet bowl was getting cloudy and stained. When I contacted them, they wanted to send me a pumice stick to clean the stains! I told them I had one and cleaned the bowl before I started using their product. I switched back to using regular toilet bowl cleaner after a month.

I bought into the hype and purchased 3 for our home. I cleaned our toilets and 1 week later stains ate beginning to form. Waste of money! Do not buy!!!!

This product doesn’t work at all. They advertise that you never have to scrub your toilets again. After a week my toilet was just as dirty as before and after a month the hard water ring formed again and I had to use a pumice stone to get it off. Such a scam!

This product is crap!! It does not take off rust, minerals stains etc. It has been sitting in my toilet tank for a few months and I still have to scrub!! Absolute waste of money!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Krazy Klean is a scam. I purchased the 2 pack for each of toilets, cleaned them thoroughly and dropped them in. 10 days later it looked like I hadn't cleaned them in a week. False claims, horrible product, not effective. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Purchased 2 cleaners for my toilets and they do not work.. Still cleaning with cleaner and brush. Total waste of money. I should have known they were not legitimate since they ask they be returned in the original packaging that you only learn when trying to return. Since most people are trusting, good way to have a reason to not refund money. These are not cheap either. I have asked for a refund and if they are legit, I should hear something back from them. If not then they really don't want happy customers as stated. This will be a test if they will refund, without original packaging.

This product, Krazy Klean DOES NOT WORK and the company that sells and guarantees it doesn't honor their guarantee, nor do they respond to inquires

Well they finally got back to us and we were informed that we would need to replace our toilets to make it work properly as the bowls and the tank still contained the chemicals/ minerals that are causing the problems. YEP THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

I bought this product for yellow rings in my toilet. It was clean when I put in the Krazy Klean and a months later the rings are back. I email customer support and just got excuses like it’s stains and the product is doing its job but you have high minerals in your water. Well on the web sight it says you will need a booster which they provide but no one would say that , Just excuses. Very poor customer service. They need to put a but after their claim that it stays clean for 10 years because it doesn’t .!!!
