Been looking at upgrading my MacBook for sometime.
Opted for a space black M4 pro. KRCS had it in stock and at cheaper than their normally good prices during Black Friday.
And arrived by lunchtime the next day. All charged up and ready to go fantastic.
Will definitely use again and will be recommending to friends and family. 5 stars.

Wanted to buy an iWatch SE. Told them that I wanted to spend about £200.
After taking me to a screen and explaining the different types of iWatch that I could have. Tried to talk me out of the SE and the watch that he wanted to sell me was over £750.
Far more than I wanted to pay so I went elsewhere and bought an iWatch SE.
Was going to but another watch for my wife as well so they lost sales of two watches.
As previous reviewer have stated the Apple Shops are far better.

I ordered a Macbook Air M3 from here and was very pleased. I ordered it on Wednesday before 3pm and then it came the next day. The website was informative and very easy to use and gave a top price which was better than major sellers for the same brand new product.

Very happy with the service I received from ordered a Mini Mac M4 in stock for next day delivery better than the service I received in KRCS shop I sometimes wonder if they are really interested in selling any products

Excellent all round experience. Purchased item online and delivered within two days. Product was also considerably cheaper than other retailers. An added bonus, was that of receiving via email set up instructions for the item I purchased. Would certainly use this Company again.

Ordered just before 3.pm, 10.20 am the next morning the item was on my doorstep. The price was excellent and when I spoke to a customer representative they were informative and friendly.
It is the first time I used KRCS as I have alway used mainstream retailers, they will be my first choice for any other Apple products I may purchase in the future.

Honestly the best Apply resellers in the UK.

They provide excellent service and really prompt and accurate answers to the queries that I raised. For instance when the new M4 laptops landed I asked them how quickly are they going to update their site to show the new laptop configurations, they responded with literally 24 hours later and the site was updated. They were soo prompt.

They even priced matched my M4 max to reflect the latest Black Friday offer they have on their site after I made purchase which was really great.

Overall just a great company to do business with. This my second time using them and so far it’s been great.

what can i say ordered on friday and delivered tuesday. on the plus side they emailed me how to set up my old mac mini to my new one which i found helpful as well thanks

Fantastic service and product
Ordered a Mac Mini4 online after speaking to someone by phone over a query I had nice to have the call answered promptly by a person.
Ordered Friday online delivered Saturday morning and the best price I could find anywhere 10% off apart from one site that was selling for nearly £200 off the list price of £599. For an Apple product that has only just been released sounded too good to be true.
As searching for some reviews since has proved to be the case. Buyer beware.

This company is a legitimate professional company with multiple stores across the country and also an online shop. I ordered a macbook air 15" from their online store which we now have and are very pleased with. The customer service was good and quick to respond as I did need to contact them a few times as my order was delayed. It did take 5 and a half weeks for the order to arrive which was the only bad point, however I do believe their 'configure-to-order' macs can have larger wait times. We got a better deal on our laptop than buying direct from apple, so thank you KRCS, I am happy to recommend you and wish you all the best.

Ordered the 16 pro max
Was told to wait a few weeks. It has been a month, called again and was told it would take a few more weeks. Cancelled the order.

Bought a new Mac with the student discount on the website! Was delivered the next day. AMAZING!
