I am very disappointed
I have not received the items that I have ordered 20 days ago (June 30th, 2025). Nobody answer to my requests of information about my order and shipment. I am very disappointed. It appears that there is no way to comunicate with Kreafunk or shipment company PostNord.

Disappointing. I am sorry.
I was excited! A danish brand, with good reviews for their sound quality and funky colors! I waned to support a small brand and not opt for one of the large ones for my headphones again…
I got them just before my holiday only to experience disappointment while seated on a plane..i can connect only one of the headphones at a time to my phone?!?!? WHAT?!
I have one day home before a long trip again and i will have to use my time on making a complaint, post them and go on my trip without headphones and hope that i will get my money return of course.. can you see why this is disappointing experience for me as your user…

Everything OK
I've got Ellie (lamp) and a new pair of headphones (aHEAD 2 + free microphone) and I'm really happy with these two pieces.
Ellie is a bit smaller as I expected, but it fits perfectly to my furniture. I need a 20V charger, that's the only thing I've to add.
Wearing aHEAD 2 is comfortable and at that time I've got the microphone for free, perfect.

Impressed. The aSense are easily the most comfy in-ear headphones I've used and I've been through a lot over the years. Combined with a very decent sound image I can only recommend them. The only thing lacking is an app albeit I understand what an undertaking that would be. Delivery was butter Smooth too.

fast delivery but unfortunately they work shitty. can be charging for hours on end and still no battery on them. got my money back for the airpods but the cable less charger charge slow as heck and everything i charge on it gets heated so fast. unfortunately i cannot recommend this and i hope it gets better

Fantastic customer service
I had an issue with my beloved earbuds and their customer service was fantastic.
After a few tries to reset the buds with no luck,they sent a new pair that arrived in a day.

Good customer service
I had problems with my new earphones (ABEAT) shortly after buying. Kreafunk took them back without problems and send me new ones, which are functioning very well and i enjoy a lot to listen music with them. I am always smiling, when i am riding on my bike, listening to good music.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever, bought a pair of headphones where one pair isn’t working, barely got an answer after a week, asking if I tried a hard restart after I already informed them we did all the steps trying to make them work without results.
Will never buy headphones here again.

Amazing service!
After choosing my item and ordering it I was surprised at the speed of delivery as I am not from the country of origin. The most satisfying part of the experience though was the customer service - the responsiveness, kindness and effectiveness of the whole experience was just superb.

Headphones with excellent quality and a modern design. The noise cancellation works great. Also, I had an issue with the headphones, and the after-sales service was excellent. They were quick and solved my problem efficiently.
