I recently purchased a pair of Kreafunk headphones, and my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite their hefty price tag, these headphones have proven to be of poor quality. Within just four months, the white colour on the headphones began to fade significantly. This wasn't due to makeup or any external factors—just regular use.

For a product marketed as stylish and durable, this rapid deterioration is unacceptable. I expected much better longevity and quality from a brand like Kreafunk. Considering the cost, I would have hoped for a product that maintained its appearance and functionality over time.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these headphones based on my experience. If you're considering purchasing them, be aware that they may not hold up as well as anticipated.

I purchased an Aclean Steriliser and a few usb key fobs from this company. Within 24 hours I realised the Aclean wasn’t functioning as per the instructions and emailed them immediately over the weekend. The email ‘robot’ accepted the return and stated the postage costs which would be covered. Then on Monday morning Malcou emailed me to say the ‘robot’ email was of no consequence!!! It was up to me to sort out the cost of the return myself. Bearing in mind the postage is £12 approx. This is for an order of £28! He kept going back and forth with emails disputing the functions of the Aclean until I lost the will to live! This machine is absolutely rubbish and I’m sure the fancy packaging is worth more than the item. If you have to return IT will need to be declared and with Brexit you could be seriously out of pocket. Their products are NOT to my mind of any decent quality. Please don’t spend your hard earned money on this site. STEER CLEAR.

FOLLOW UP:

NB. THE PRODUCT DOES NOY OPERATE AS PER THE ENCLOSED INSTRUCTIONS. THE RED CHARGER LIGHT NEVER CAME ON
WHILE IT WAS ON CHARGE FOR OVER 5 HOURS. NOR THE GREEN FLASHING LIGHT. BLUE WAS THR ONLY ‘LIGHT’ THE MACHINE HAD ON OFFER WHICH IS MEANT TO BE CLEANING MODE- TRIED THIS, THE ITEMS CAME OUT AS THEY WENT IN.

‘THE CONSUMER ACT 2015: The statutory rights relate to the supply of goods which are faulty, misdescribed, or are not of a satisfactory quality. In general, the customer is entitled to a refund if goods supplied fall into any of these categories within 30 days of purchase in the 1st instance. The onus NOT being on the consumer to prove a fault is present. THE INSTRUCTIONS ALONE MIS DESCRIBE THE PRODUCT!!!

AS FOR IT BEING “RIGOROUSLY TESTED’ ITS A SMALL BLACK BOX WITH A UV LIGHT??? I’LL ALLOW YOU TO DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSION ON THAT ONE. I WILL NOW NEED TO ISSUE A CHARGEBACK THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Kreafunk was highly recommended to me by a co worker that has one of their speakers.

I bought a great looking Kreafunk portable Bluetooth speaker, initially the sound was brilliant but just over a year later sounds tinny, bass blown? Very disappointing I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend

Earbuds almost impossible to pair, left earbuds has a static screeching noise, and they often get stuck increasing the volume for no reason. Nice small design though

One should just be a little patient after plugging the radio in. It will set the time automatically. Then, if not in Denmark, just let it search in the country that you are in, and it will download the local DAB+ stations.

Whorst earbuds ever made, don’t whaste your money, i buy this šhit product and since begining of use one or another don’t connect
via bluetooth… once i unbox it work for couple hours then crazy things start to happen

I bought a speaker KREAFUNK aGO MINI 6 months ago, haven't been using it a lot, maybe like 1-2 times a week, it worked very well from the start, but after 3 months battery started to work worse, but still enough, it worked for 1-2 hours without charging. But now it doesn't work, doesn't play music without being charged, even thought i have been charging it for all night long. It is definetly very unconvinient and i'm very dissapointed.

Amazing service recovery. I live in the US and someone bought an aGO mini for me as a gift when they were in Denmark. When I tried to use it, I discovered the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted customer service and they helped me test various options and tried to reset the device, etc. to no avail. Without any US locations, I figured it was simply a loss.

But Kreafunk's customer service simply asked for my home address and shipped me a new one. For free! No hassle, no forms to fill out, no shipping expenses, nothing - just sent me a new device and were *incredibly* friendly and helpful about it.

It was the most human, courteous, and professional customer service I've experienced in years, actually. They wanted to make sure I loved their product, and now I most certainly do.

Still waiting my order. I haven’t received it yet. Your respond to my mail, didn’t help me.
