Purchased the aBEANS in Ear headphones
Purchased the aBEANS in Ear headphones, and it's been a frustrating experience. Within a month, the right earpiece malfunctioned. Reinstalling was a headache, and the lack of customer service made the situation worse. I strongly advise against buying their products until they address these persistent issues.

Excellent customer service
I contacted support to clarify a matter that was not clear to me from the instructions booklet, and Laura from customer service recorded a custom video exclusively for me showing which buttons to press in which order that resolved my problem. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.

No bass at all
No bass at all. Better sound on other frequencies available from sub £50 Bluetooth speakers.
Looks nice, only way to enjoy this device is to never turn it on.

Beautiful compact product with amazing sound.
This is the second Ago II I've bought.
The first was for my daughter last year, my husband was envious and so i had to buy another for him. Not only is it a beautiful compact item, the sound quality is amazing.

Good quality products and a great customer service. I enjoyed my aLoomi speaker until I discovered an issue with the sound. Bought a power bank a month ago and it…
Bought a power bank a month ago and it doesn’t seem to charge my phone wireless. Tried taking cover of as well.
Will charge for a few minutes but then just drops off.
Also runs my phone and power bank very hot! Works fine with cable but not to a full charge.

I bought aSense headphones for my…
I bought aSense headphones for my girlfriend as a present… hell of a present as they did not even start to operate. The batteries were totally exhausted because the neat casing has never charged them. Kreafunk, do you test your products … seems not. Every time when I close the casing with both buds, it blinked 5 times in red. No description in the manual what that means. Just by sheer luck I found that when only the left bud is in the casing then it glows in green and charges the battery of the one bud.
I am tech guy and I opened the casing (screw the stupid warranty) and fixed the problem. The problem was that one of charging circuit (right bud) was malfunctioning and in the same time disturbed the other, so both buds were not charging when both are in the casing.
I am really disappointed from the product as it really caused “Emotional daamage!”

When you choose Post Nord Maxi letter as the freight method it usually takes them 18-21 days to deliver the parcel. Sometimes this can vary if it's stuck in customs or such things. Hi there, one of the headphones stopped working. It does not work at all (you cannot charge it even). The microphone in the second headphone does notnwork at all. Very poor quality. Huge disappoitment.
