Selling courses business
Company is posting jobs an interviews offers, after rejecting of application, few days or week later they are sending an e-mail where they are trying to sell you a course for 149Euro.

I had the same bad experience as the rest
I had the same experience as the rest, and came here to see if they were legit. This is pretty much a classic bait and switch scam, though 149€ is not an insane price, in fact it is almost too good. The one thing I noticed reading the reviews, is that all of the positive comments came from people who have only left 1 review on trustpilot = red flag of fake reviews

Offer paid training instead of a job.
I applied to an internship posting on LinkedIn from TalentKompass. Application was rejected and I was then offered a paid course from Kreativstorm.
I was tempted as I'm a little desperate to get my first software dev job. The material they emailed to me didn't seem that professional and the course content seemed very basic.
Having looked at their website, it also strikes me as pretty vague and lacking polish. The whole thing feels 'off' to me.
If you apply for a job and get offered a paid course with a vague promise of a potential job placement at the end, I think alarm bells should be ringing and you need to research the company.

Thrilled!
I'm totally thrilled with the Marketing course at Kreativstorm! It's my first course with them, and I can't get enough of it!

Trying to sell their courses in an inappropriate way
Rejecting people, than trying to sell their courses. I am more afraid because they have all my data from my CV.
The mentor does not have an online presence at all, not even LinkedIn and they provided only his first name.

Accounting course
They offered training program, I took it and it helped me get a full time position 3 months later. Now I am a junior accountant 🙌

I had the same experience where they…
Disclaimer: I have edited my review to avoid lawsuits. This is my personal experience and I am in no way claiming to know how trustworthy or honest the company is.
I had the same experience as many of the other people where they rejected my application for a job and then a few days later sent the flyer promoting the 1-month training program. Since I was looking for my first job I was considering it but after a bit of research I realised that the company is really new and one of the products they sell is 'training programs'. I will definitely be more careful on doing a background check on companies I apply for. I am not claiming that they are 'targeting' people like me. I am just giving my honest review of what happened.
However, I do want to add some facts that did happen. After I posted the initial review, I was notified by trustpilot that the company needed my details to 'better understand my experience' and if I don't share it my review would be taken offline.
After sharing my details, I got an email from Kreativstorm giving me a Cease and Desist notice regarding the 'defamatory' review they say I had posted. I hope I have explained accurately and in detail my experience with them.

Disgraceful
They post jobs and internships on job portals and then try to sell you courses after rejecting your application. Disgraceful.

They use job portals to promote their training programs
They post jobs on LinkedIn through intermediaries, rejects applicants then tries to get them to pay for a training program.

Be wary of job offers from Kreativstorm
Edit: I received a request for more information from Kreativstorm through Trustpilot to verify my experience with them, which is fair. However for fear of retaliation, I have sent verification proof directly to Trustpilot instead. This review is a reflection of my personal experience with Kreativstorm. I have viewed the response from Kreativstorm to my review, and while I understand their perspective, I still urge others to do research and make sure they understand exactly who they’re sending personal information (such as CVS) and money to. *end Edit.*
This company puts job postings on LinkedIn and Indeed, immediately rejects applicants then tries to get them to pay for a training program in the field they applied for (159€). They're receiving CVs with very personal details because people think they're applying for legitimate jobs. It's dishonest and unethical if this is actually only a way to get students for their training programs.
I did deeper search on the company. There isn't a lot of information. It's only on social media and forums where I've found many others with the exact same experience as me. I'm not saying to avoid this company, but do your research before sending even a CV, let alone cash.

Inspiring environment
Inspiring environment where you can feel free to learn through exploring and having a mentor having your back as you go. I highly value that I had a chance to work with this people, broaden the knowledge I got in school with real life problems and enrich my understanding of this industry. I met a lot of people that I see having long term business relationships with and I’m very grateful for that. Wouldn’t exchange it for anything!
