DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
After waiting forever for them to arrive, the garlands are NOTHING like the pictures. I bought three and they came in a plastic bag wadded up the size of a basketball. They shed/break off. I tried to return…as they SAY can be done, but they mess around; say I have to pay to ship them back plus pay and environmental fee of $30-$40; or they offered to “let me keep them for $15 back.”
I’m calling my credit card company to have the charges reversed for fraudulent advertising/faulty product/failure to honor posted information for 100% satisfaction.
I notified the company they could send me a paid shipping label if they want them back.
Money Back Guarantee Not Honored
This company advertises a money-back guarantee, but it’s nothing more than marketing fluff. The item I received looked nothing like the photos, it’s a thin garland and they advertised a thick one. I requested a return and suddenly I was told I’d have to pay an “emissions/environmental fee” of over $30 just to send it back.
There was NO fine print anywhere explaining this fee. Nothing in the return policy, nothing at checkout, nothing in the guarantee they advertise. A real money-back guarantee does not stick customers with surprise charges that cost almost as much as the product.
This return process feels deceptive and completely unfair. If an item doesn’t match the advertised photos, a company should stand behind their own guarantee not hide behind made-up fees. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’d warn others to avoid this site.
ALL I CAN SAY IS FRAUD!!
ALL I CAN SAY IS FRAUD!!! THEY ARE SO MISLEADING ON THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT AND ANYONE THAT PUTS OUT A VIDEO SAYING HOW GREAT THE QUALITY IS FULL OF IT. SUCH CRAP! DO NOT BUY
The garland was not what they said it…
The garland was not what they said it was. You need a minimum of 5 strands to looks close to what they say they sell. This was every disappointing. I bought 6 strands and now Im stuck with this junk. I need to order 25 more in order to do what I wanted and will not be spending another dime with this company.
Don't order this!!
The product came in a white plastic bag with duct tape all around it. I swear it looked like the drug packaging you see on TV. I was ready for the swat team to knock on my door. The product was no where near what it advertised. The garland was thin and cheap looking-not to mention the awful smell. I purchase four of them thinking I may have ordered to many however the four still doesn't even make it look full. I have emailing the company to return them but not getting a response.
Do not buy! Fake reviews and photos
This website is not legit. The product is nothing like the images- it’s cheap and thin- looks like something you would get at the dollar tree. All the reviews are fake and no reply to refund request. Reporting to my cc company.
Very Disappointed
I ordered 7 of the 6 foot garland strings. When it arrived I discovered that I would need 7 strings put together to equal what 1 should look like. Very disappointed with the item and do not recommend it.
If i could give zero or negative stars…
If i could give zero or negative stars i would. I ordered 4 garlands and then read the reviews, my fault. I immediately, within minutes of ordering tried to cancel and was told it was already on its way and could not stop the order. But i was assured i could return the item kid i chose to once i received it. Well 3 weeks later the order arrived and it is junk. It is nothing like what was pictured. It might be good for a childs dollhoise, its that sparse and small. I tried to return. And i can at my own cost to ship to singapore! Never was the return at my expense mentioned. DO NOT BUT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! I am goimg to try and fight the charge on my credit card. Beware!!
The garland is very cheap
The garland is very cheap. It is sparse and it will take 3-4 garlands together to look full. DO NOT BUY. Plus it took a long time to arrive.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
The company was very unprofessional
The company was very unprofessional. They offered me the option to cancel my order when I accidentally ordered too many. I said yes please cancel, and then they offered again and I said yes I would like a cancellation. And then they said that cancellation isn't an option. They said wait until I receive the item and then I can start a refund. When I received the item, the garland, it was threadbare, even my husband said it looked embarrassing. If you want Charlie Brown's Christmas then this is the garland for you, otherwise it is anything but full and vivacious. When I wanted a refund, they said I would have to pay $40 to ship the item back even though the item cost $38 to buy. Very poor customer service where they went back on their word multiple times, creating a frustrating customer experience, and at the end of the day, a relatively pathetic product that doesn't align at all with the pictures marketed and a waste of money. Highly do not recommend. Save your money and save your time.
Kringle heaven thick garland on face book for 15.99 see…
It was sold on face book for 15.99 see the ad its thick cypress green garland. It was like strings of green and it says it came from China. It came in the mail today rolled u like a football. Disgusted. I ordered Nov 5th and received it Nov 18 I took a pathetic picture of it! Do not buy!!!
Not lush and full
This company is in California as they say, but their product ships from China and takes a while to arrive. I will say that, when I shared this concern with Kringle Heaven, they were quick to respond, so I do appreciate that. Regarding the product, it is very cost effective. And, while I'm happy the garland does not shed, and it does look authentic, it is very sparse and not near as full and luscious as they make it look in their advertising. I'm probably going to have to double them up to make it look full.
Do not purchase!
I ordered 4 garlands 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. IF I get them, it will have taken a month. Do not buy from them!
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. This company is so scammy. After doing what I thought was my due diligence reading through social media comments and reviews on their website, I excitedly ordered two of the beautiful, lush garlands on their website. Imagine my disappointment almost 3 weeks later (because I didn’t realize it was shipping from the bowels of China) when I opened the mailbox and had the TINIEST polymailer with two pieces of supposedly lush garland. It was anything but lush. It was the most sparse piece of crap I’ve ever seen. Two of them put together wasn’t even 1/4 of what was showing online. So, I reached out and asked for that money back and free returns promised on their website. Much to my surprise they met me with 3 options: 1) return for full refund but I was on the hook for a $30-40 “export fee” (that’s not mentioned anywhere on their website) - which would be ridiculous since I paid $38.91 for the two pieces of garland. I should also mention that the tiny poly mailer came from a US address, so it appears they shipped in bulk to a US address and then individually from there. 2) was they would give a 20% refund and I could keep the item (no thank you, the product is literal garbage) and 3) they would send me two of their “upgraded” items free of charge. I can only imagine how awful the upgraded product is as well. I declined and filed a complaint with PayPal (we’re still in this process). I also filed an FTC complaint. And then, after many attempts to leave a negative review on their website and it never showing up, I took to social media where I was met with so many other people saying how disappointed with their products they were as well but the company keeps deleting their comments! And surely, it happened to me as well. All comments were deleted. But you see, I’m a squeaky wheel. So I posted more. Even more people commented their disappointment with the product! And guess what? All of those comments were deleted AND the company blocked me so I couldn’t comment anymore. Their business practices are extremely questionable and definitely deceptive. I emailed their customer service and asked they respond to deleting comments and blocking people on social media. If I’m going to be out $40, I’m going to make sure EVERYONE hears how bad this company is.
Scam garland
Ordered their advertised cedar garland. Received a pathetic very sparse length of supposed garland. Do NOT TRUSt, obviously a SCAM
I’ve never been catfished till now
I’ve never been catfished till now. I saw the ads, the influencers unboxing where she pulls out a massive luscious garland out of a large cardboard box. I looked at all these reviews. I jumped in and purchased two. And here I get a small plastic package wrapped tight to the size a cantaloupe and unwrap two very scraggly garlands. Even combined they don’t come close to the pictures. Sure the quality of each little cedar branch is good, I just wish there was 5xs more. Plus I wrote this exact review on their site and they never published it. Surprise surprise.
Do not buy anything from this company
Do not buy anything from this company. They advertise these lush plush garlands and when I finally got it they are the version of a Charlie Brown Christmas tree. There is barely any greenery on them, they are pathetic. Not at all like what is pictures in their ads.
Ever feel like you're a big sucker
Ever feel like you're a big sucker? That's me after I dropped almost $40 on the biggest joke I've fallen for.
DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP. I wish I could show you what I received. I hope I can return this joke and get my money back.
Lie after lie and item never received.
Ordered the garland and they keep telling me it shipped and gave me a tracking number but the link shows it as an error not found. Almost three weeks later and same story. Item on the website order confirmation still showing process and not shipped. I have been lied to for three weeks and I’m disputing it with my bank. Avoid this company like small pox.
SUPER MISLEADING & A SCAM
The site and the product are SUPER misleading and this is a SCAM. They take down every negative comment that a consumer has posted to give the appearance of all positive reviews. The website has tons of positive reviews but they have only been in business a short time. Once you place an order you have 12 hours to cancel but there is no place to go to cancel the order. It ships from China and if you want to return you have to pay a $25 environment fee PLUS cost to ship back to China. DO NOT order from them. There is a reason they advertise these as "specially discounted"
