Kriptomat has been the worst experience. In the beginning, about 4–5 years ago, it actually seemed quite good — like every scam does at first. They liquidated crypto at the bottom of the market and converted it into pocket change. On top of that, it’s almost impossible to withdraw your money from there. You even have to buy more crypto just to get your own money out. This is the purest form of a Ponzi scheme.
I would never dare trust them with my credit card information. If you want your money to stay safely in your bank account, stay far away from this platform. Fortunately, it now seems they are being forced to shut down this scam.
Yes, I lost around €4,000 because of their schemes, but it seems the police report I filed had an effect, and now they have to disappear from here.

From your comment, we can assume you owned assets that were delisted from our platform. Delisting is aligned with our terms of service and the listing policy. Delistings happen to protect our customers from large damage or risks. It can be for low or no liquidity or legal/regulatory risks. e constantly monitor and assess the assets we offer to our customers, and occasionally delistings are a standard procedure.
Stating that it is almost impossible to withdraw the funds is a bold statement. Our customers have been able to move funds in and out since 2018, and we follow strict procedures on that.
Credit card payments and information are never stored with us. We never claimed we store the data, as we are not licensed to do that. Kriptomat works with several reliable credit card processors to process the transactions.

Withdrawal Not Received for Over 2 Months
I initiated a EUR withdrawal of 102.45 € from Kriptomat on October 9th, 2025, and even though the transaction is marked as “Successful”, the money never arrived on my bank account.
For more than two months, I have been contacting Kriptomat support and all I receive are generic, pre-written responses with no real explanation and no solution to the problem.
There is no investigation result, no proof of transfer, and no refund of my missing funds.
This is unacceptable for a regulated exchange, and it shows serious issues with their withdrawal process and customer support.
Because of this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid using Kriptomat, especially for fiat withdrawals.
If a simple SEPA transfer can “disappear” and support does nothing, that is a major red flag.
I hope Kriptomat will finally resolve this, but until then, I cannot recommend this platform.

Kriptomat does not comply with its own referral program terms
On August 7th, 2025, I used my friend’s referral code on Kriptomat and fully met the requirements of the referral program: I deposited €100 and purchased crypto with that amount. According to Kriptomat’s own terms and conditions, the €25 BTC bonus should have been credited 30 days after meeting the requirements, with a maximum delay of 15 additional days (45 days in total).
However, I only received the reward on September 26th — 50 days later — and instead of receiving the promised €25 in BTC, I was given a €25 voucher. Not only was this reward late and in violation of their stated terms, but it also did not match what was originally promised.
To make matters worse, another person who signed up with my friend’s code after me received the correct bonus on time. I raised several tickets with support, but they refused to offer any compensation and did not allow me to escalate the issue to a supervisor.
This shows a clear lack of transparency and reliability, as Kriptomat failed to respect their own published terms. My experience with this platform has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

They let you purchase crypto and take their fees, but do not allow you to withdraw them.
After that, you will have to sell your cryptos again, where they take more fees.
Afterward, they will take more fees to withdraw the money back to your bank account (if that works)
At the end you just lost 1000 euros for trying to purchase 5000 euros worth of crypto.

I have transfered 4500 euro with SEPA , after that i buy my Bitcoins with that and they directly take away 200 euro's comissions whithout noticing for that .
And when i was about to convert them again becuase they have a terrible support and LUKA was so rude .
Anyway to convert once again from BTC to Eur to send them back again the commsiions was 150 PLUS .
so i transferred 4500 euro and i got back 4100 euro without doing anything .
