Bad customer service
I ordered a wig and within days there was 30% off all wigs, so as my wig had not been dispatched I cancelled it to get the discount, I was told they would not let me order the discounted one unless I kept the full price one. I said that’s a huge discount and times are hard so I don’t think as the wig had not even been dispatched that it would be a problem, but no they cancelled my order. Great customer service to people who are struggling and need wigs for medical reasons. I won’t be using them again

You placed your order on 22nd November and were happy to pay the advertised price.
Your item was dispatched to you 2 days later as it was available.
On that day our Black Friday discount offer started and you placed a second order. We proceeded to order this item in from Jon Renau, to be shipped to us from the USA.
When you received your first order on the 25th you complained that you had not received a notification that it was on its way to you. As I said to you in my email, you would have seen sent a dispatch notification, but sometimes these emails can go to junk folders (as they often do from businesses). It was a first to receive a complaint that an order has arrived within a few days of placing the order. Customers are usually pleased to receive a wig so soon after ordering, especially Jon Renau wigs which often need to be ordered in the from the USA and there is a wait time. What you really wanted to do was cancel the first order because a better offer had come up later on, but you weren't expecting the first one to arrive so soon.
It is not our company policy to process customer orders and cancellations on the basis that customers discover there's a better offer available later on.
If customers are on a budget they tend to keep an eye out for offers and promotions, Black Friday being the most common big discount of the year across many industries. However, as I said before you were happy to order at the advertised price for the first order.
You placed an order and we fulfilled that order quickly. It's hard to see how we've failed you. Your complaint seems to be that you missed out on an offer because you ordered two days before Black Friday.
In future I recommend that you keep a regular eye on the offers and promotions so that you don't miss out on discounts throughout the year.

WARNING!!! I bought a wig for 465 Euro, i got a bad quality wig, did not accept the package and did not get my money back ! So keep attention!!!
Dear Kristina Young, it is very interesting that this is the first reaction i get from you...after all my letters! You even did not react to my attorney. I did not accept the product because it was bad quality. THAT IS MY RIGHT. I canceIed the purchase on time. I then receaved the confirmation from UPS that the product got back to you. If you lost the dokument in your system, no problem i still have it !!!! We made a deal of a high quality product wich you did not fulfill ! When i do not accept your package, it does not give you the right to keep my money (465 Euro), that s a criminal act. You should have refund me the money! These are the facts ! Now take the consequences.
If this is the only way to talk to you, i will post all proofs pubIicly... also that your company debited 465 Euro from my bank account and did not refund it to this day. i don t care! I will not stopp and also report this to the police.... until i get my money back!

Just to state the facts here...
You ordered a high quality synthetic wig from us (Raquel Welch) and stated you were happy to wait for the back order, but you didn't receive the wig at all and you didn't send it back. You refused the delivery of the package by UPS. It is now being held at unknown location, lost in the system. As per our emails to you, this could have been avoided had you accepted the package and adhered to the terms and conditions for international orders, which you agreed to you when you placed the order.
I understand you have written the same review on our social media accounts under other names. We do not accept trolling and will respond to unfair comments which are one sided.
