Great energy, better training!!

Krush is absolutely amazing! Krush was our coach during our team’s onsite, and the whole program and experience she prepared for us was very enriching and eye opening. I feel like we not only learnt a lot about ourselves, our personalities, ways of communicating and why we behave the way we behave based on our personality type, but we also created so many connections and bonds with colleagues in our respective teams, but also within the larger team. I would definitely recommed Krush to anyone who wants to work on themselves - thank you, Krush and I hope we’ll meet you again soon!

I worked with Krush as my coach over 6 months. She really cares for her clients, their well-being and progress and was geniunely delighted with my successes. She framed our sessions in a way that made me reflect and think carefully about how I viewed myself and my approach to work. Most importantly she gave me the tools to set myself up for future challenges. When looking back over my experience I can see how I changed in the 6 months, became more confident and ready to take on new adventures.

Krush has been working with me for the past 12 months and supported me through the most difficult period in my professional life to date.

When I first started working with Krush I was emotionally drained, stressed and deeply unhappy in my work life. This unhappiness was leaching in to my personal life.

Having steered me through what is best described as a ‘firefighting’ period at work I have emerged with:
- A full tool box in relation to driving high performing teams
- A new viewpoint on navigating the politics of the SLT/ Exec
- The tools to protect my emotional resilience
- Being completely happy at work and at home!

I can’t recommend this wonderful woman enough. Has all the knowledge technically but her biggest selling point (in my opinion) is her ability to engage on a personal level and her ability to land the message in a way that ensures it sticks.

Krush came into my life at exactly the right time to make a huge impact! She has been a phenomenal coach who is very talented at striking the tricky balance between offering support and fair challenge to push your thinking further. It's so evident in each session how much she cares about helping you to reach your goals and I'd recommend her to anyone.

I've been working with Krush for the last 6 or so months, and can happily confirm that making the decision and taking the step to get some help and coaching was the best decision I could have made for myself.
Krush has helped me to view scenarios/circumstances and people differently. She has taught me not to put my value in other people's hands, and that what i do, matters.
The fact that she's so welcoming makes it easier to be so open with her and that's really important especially if you're looking to go into this with specific things that you want to work on.
For me, it was clarity, a direction of travel for both the professional and personal aspects of my life.

I'm happy to report that during my time with Krush i've (and excuse the cliche) not only spread my wings and secured a new job, but have also learnt how to control my anxiety and deal with problems head on with a positive attitude.

I was amazed in such a short amount of time that I could learn so much about myself. Krush created a safe space to be really honest and vulnerable about all areas of my life (not just work) and that helped me to really step back and see my overall patterns and blindspots. Her curiosity and wisdom helped me to become more curious about my motivations, clearly seeing what values and priorities drive my decisions. 
I found her ability to clearly name and define my behaviours and drivers so helpful; it gave a clarity to my internal voice that stopped me going around in circles. I feel clearer, lighter, understood and completely confident to make the decisions which will help me reach all my goals, in life and work. I didnt expect to get so much support in thinking about the wider areas of my life, my relationships and my impact. Feeling so ready for the next exciting chapter. Thank you Krush!

Krush has been invaluable in helping me quickly establish myself as a trusted advisor with numerous senior stakeholders and developing key working relationships when my role changed to partner new business units. Challenging, thought provoking whilst being extremely supportive, she quickly saw the real me and was highly pragmatic in her advice. She suggested ideas in a way that worked for me whilst still encouraging me to move out of my personal comfort zone. Krush is intuitive, caring and honest. I have enjoyed working with her as a coach and I would definitely recommend her.

Coaching with Krush has been incredibly beneficial to me, I've learnt so much about myself and my confidence has definitely been boosted. Colleagues have also noticed a difference, for the better, in the way I work and interact on a daily basis. don't think you can truly understand the impact of coaching until you experience it and I would HIGHLY recommend you go on that journey with Krush. I've been stuck in a mental rut over the last few months and Krush has really helped me to overcome those mental hurdles and make some of my day dreams into reality. She is wonderfully approachable, non judgmental and the perfect dose of motivating.
