I was lucky enough to work with Krush recently albeit for only a short time, but what she was able to help me accomplish in that period was incredible. I had just returned from mat leave, in amidst of the pandemic, working from home within a new reporting structure but she helped create a personal toolkit to boost my confidence, shift my mindset and recognise my potential in a new positive light. She is warm, caring, non-judgemental and shows a genuine interest in improving not only ones professional path but achieving a work life balance too.

Krush has been instrumental in my growth and development over the last 18 months. Her ability to eek out issues in the workplace, help me understand them and discover ways to deal with them has been so valuable to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others. Whilst work funded my work with Krush originally, due to covid impact this was no longer possible. Making the decision to self fund working with her was one of my best in 2020.

Krush was excellent at quickly creating a safe and secure environment to talk openly and made me feel able to firstly share and then supportively helped me to mould shape and take ownership of the brain splat. I have come away feeling re energised and clearer where there was no clarity. Now the direction is forming along with areas to nurture and grow and voices and learnt behaviours that do not serve which now recognise and have strategies to challenge. Krush has the ability to put you at ease but then gives it to you straight. To this day her one-liners are keep me in check, and I have often found myself sharing her wisdom with other colleagues and friends. I recognised that I needed help because I was lacking direction, yearning for improving my own performance and wanted to develop a deeper understanding of myself as an individual in a workplace environment.

After extensive discussions, we covered a review of my qualifications, past workplace conflicts, a chat about my working personality, and open exploration into the work environment that suited me best.

Following that, the coaching programme gave me the courage and the confidence to break out and dare to set working for myself. I can honestly say that Krushma provided me with the tools to make this happen. This was something I had never thought was possible.

Krushma helped me understand my true authentic self which was a reoccurring issue in the industry I worked in. I was able to break-free from the stereotype individual that was expected of me and managed to navigate my way to a deeper level of emotional awareness, with the help of Krushma’s guidance.

Krushma taught me to refine my thinking through analysing my own feelings and capabilities and has given me the courage to do so too. Ultimately, Krushma enabled me to focus on my own values and what was important to me to gain fulfilment and satisfaction from both in my working and personal life.

My experience of Krush Coaching has been nothing short of outstanding. Personally, Krush gave me the clarity, focus and confidence I needed to achieve my career goals.
