I have purchased a few items now on behalf of my daughter and they have been excellent.
If its an item that is in stock, delivery is prompt.
Pre orders are despatched when they receive the stock but the regular updates are appreciated.
There are several similar retailers out there but K Stars have the edge.

K-stars is my go to kpop shop / shipper in the UK. Their prices are super competitive for the reliability and security they offer. The staff are super nice too - always friendly and super helpful when I have an issue and super fun to talk to when I manage to get up to Manchester and visit the actual store. Shipping times are amazing too! The only constructive criticism I'd give is that it sometimes takes a while for preorder albums to get up on the site - when I'm not sure if or when they'll show up is the only time I ever use other UK sellers.

The outside cover was very slightly damaged but thats not your fault! Other than that, perfect.

I found kstars last year & I think they're one of the best kpop stores around.. I've ordered so many times, they're so kind & if I have any problems with anything they're always so sweet & help as best as they can. I really recommend this shop, they have a variety of kpop groups & solo artists. Its reasonable price too & shippings not too expensive. They are amazing, would definitely recommend!!

This was my first time purchasing from kstars and l bought a skzoo gel pen. Shipping was super smooth and my pen arrived within 2 days! I also happened to ask a question and got a super fast to the point reply! I am very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be buying albums and other merch here in the future! <3
