The caller, a man was great and very helpful. I’m sorry I did write his name down but must have disposed of the paper. (He lived in Japan for a couple of years) He was more than helpful and I really enjoyed talking to him. He is a credit to your company. If your Insurance services are as good as my first experience, it will be a pleasure to be insured with you.

My experience with KT Insurance after my accident was very positive. My claim was dealt with quickly as I was able to use my own repairer after quick approval. Communication throughout the repair process was excellent. Highly recommend.

best experience I've ever had dealing with an insurance company
very personable person on the phone walked me through all the benifits and what would happen in each senario I asked about. He was warm and friendly. the price is very reasonable and the coverage seems good. I'm yet to make a claim, so I guess the real test would be then. But honestly i hope that never happens, because I love my new camper van!

Top quality repairer
My repairer-of-choice is very experienced and only accepts work under terms that ensure quality. The assessor suggested that he source second-hand or generic parts. He refused, and ultimately his quote was accepted.
