KuCoin locked my funds (1,243 USDC)…

KuCoin locked my funds (1,243 USDC) even after I completed full KYC and live video verification.

The only reason is that I cannot provide access to the sender’s wallet — which is not under my control.

This is an unrealistic requirement. Many crypto users receive funds from others and cannot always retrieve sender information months later.

I provided all available proof, but they rejected blockchain data as “public information”.

Now they ask me to contact law enforcement.

Very disappointing experience. I hope KuCoin improves its compliance process for real-world situations.
I would like KuCoin to respond to this case publicly.

They are such a joke

They are such a joke. You provide them with everything that they need to "authenticate" who you are and they just deny you. They want to take you money and then lock you from your account. I opened an account a few years ago with them and recently went back to see why I stopped using them. Within 10 minutes I realized why lol. What a joke they are.

froud with innocent user

I use kucoin for usdt purchase.
I gave payment successfully to seller but after payment seller said money not received

I appeal kucoin and submit all evidence but kucoin customer support help seller to froud with me

Giving video proof bank statement all evidence kucoin take 15 hours but not release usdt
Seller don't give any evidence that he don't received money
Kucoin always help people to froud with innocent customer

India government FIU must take action against kucoin
I also complaint to cyber crime and Also going to complaint against kucoin to FIU government

13 month delay in releasing deceased brother's Bitcoin.

I am currently dealing with KuCoin in relation to my late brother’s estate.

KuCoin has formally disclosed that the account holds BTC in spot custody. All required estate documentation has been provided, including Letters of Administration and notarised authority.

Despite acknowledging the custodial balance, KuCoin has not provided clear execution steps for transferring the assets to the estate. Instead, responses have been slow and have redirected us to a law enforcement portal that does not apply to estate matters.

Regulatory enquiries have also confirmed that KuCoin is incorporated in the Turks and Caicos Islands but is not licensed or regulated there for virtual asset activities.

This process has been unnecessarily difficult and distressing for a grieving family trying to finalise an estate. We are simply seeking transfer of assets already acknowledged as belonging to the account holder.

I hope KuCoin improves its estate handling procedures and provides clearer pathways for lawful asset recovery.

Formal Notice to Litigate provided as of yesterday.

This matter is beyond Kucoin general support - I will ask that you do not enquire about my case here as it now sits with legal and compliance for well over 6 months.
