Not exactly what I was after but good quality and fast delivery

The ribbons I ordered weren't exactly the colour or finish I was hoping for, but I couldn't get samples to check unless I already placed an order for something else (which wasn't possible as these were the only things I needed). They are good quality though, and I really like that they are sustainable and biodegradable. Delivery was also very quick which was great, and customer service were quick to respond too, but being able to order a small sample pack in advance would be really helpful!

Sustainable ribbon and great service

I rang up to check whether my order would be delivered in time (planning for an event the following week). The man who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. The ribbons I ordered arrived in good time, and they are all beautiful. I ordered tencel ribbons and it's also awesome that Kudos stock sustainable, non-plastic ribbons. I'd only urge that they try to reduce or remove any ribbons and products that aren't ethically and sustainably made!

Thanks for your review K! For interest, some of our clients are designing packaging that will be kept forever, and therefore require ribbons to last.. and Not be biodegradable.
