Great quality and really beautiful. Does justice to the picture

Wrong colour rug sent and it took days to sort it out. Needing photographs from me to prove it was the wrong colour plus details from the rug which meant it had to be opened fully , then repacked. Plus a. trip to the Post Office, and told until it was received back the correct rug would not be sent! I cancelled my order!

Easy ordering process, quick delivery. They have only just been put on the floor so can’t speak about longevity, I can say they look like they have been passed down through generations, which is incredible for recycled bottles. Very happy with how they look.

Ordered the Natural Handwoven Brown Jute Framed Rug - Oakley. Absolutely amazing, delivery was super quick. Had a slight issue with order but this was dealt with really quickly by Sarah in customer service. Would highly recommend 👌 great irish company

I’m not typically big on reviewing products/recording feedback. But very happy to share that I’m delighted with my Kukoon rug purchase. I will definitely buy from Kukoon again, and have no hesitation recommending them to other consumers.

Great communication throughout. Quick delivery, well packaged which prevented creases etc. Rug as described. Washed & dried easily after pet 'accident'.

I am very happy with my rug. Colours were exactly as in photo and the quality seems good. I bought the underlay which seems to secure the rug to the floor very well. Delivery was within 3 days. This is not the first time buying from Kukoon rugs and I would not hesitate in purchasing again.

Their customer service is excellent. They were so helpful and obliging. Also the rugs are superb - we have four of them now in various sizes and all in different rooms and we are really pleased with them all. Tend to go for the washable vintage look!

I just felt disappointed when I took my rugs out. The designs are excellent but the quality is not what I expected.
I wasn't expecting a thick rug as they are machine washable, or washable, as some of them will not fit in a machine. They are very very thin to the point of looking cheap. I've bought rugs from furniture stores and N*** before that cost similar but the quality was better.
They don't really add any character to the rooms. I'm so disappointed. I can't return as have flattened the boxes.
I won't order from here again.
Also disappointing to see so many "influencers" advertising these rugs and getting them for free.
