Dreadful quality for rugby shorts. Torn and ripped badly after a few sessions. Stick to Canterbury, far superior quality!

Football socks are so bad after being used twice it has lost it's elastic like a soggy fries.. 😬

Absolutely shambles of a company. Ordered gear back in September and only part of the order arrived. Have been chasing the jersey for the last 2 months only to be lied to in emails that's "it's on the way" and still 2 months later no jersey. Disgraceful customer service and company, avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Ordered for Christmas gift but the delivery date passed and still no item. Endless calls and emails to them to keep getting told theres a delay. They wouldn’t cancel my order. Still havnt refunded my order. Communication is disgraceful. Would never use again, very unprofessional. Will have to raise a dispute with the bank to get money back

I'm still waiting on an order which I ordered in November for Christmas. I received an email Jan 8th to notify me of a delay.

Shocking customer service. Item not delivered before Christmas as scheduled. No communication about the delay whatsoever. They moved premises, changed phone number and had no forwarding service on the phone line so had to hunt down the number. Refused to refund me. Now at 42 days since order and still not received the item.

I placed an order for a personalised Uni top for my son for Christmas on the 11th December, unfortunately I missed the Christmas delivery date and the target delivery date was 31st December. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived on the 21st December!

Nothing is turning up on time latest order a simple school long sleeve PE top for winter.

Expected Delivery 10th December
Nothing, nowhere to be seen, they could not care less, well, why should they, where else are you going to go!
Not back in the office until the 5th Jan 2026.
It will probably arrive in time for summer.
I hope the schools do well out of this arrangement, where else would this be allowed??

Expensive kit, even in the sales.
No free shipping, even on a large order.
Had to wait a month for delivery for standard school PE kit and then received the wrong order! Good thing it wasn't intended to be a Christmas present as it arrived on Christmas Eve, so who knows how long I'll have to wait for it to be rectified.

eI ordered a club running top for my son on 30th Nov to give him for Christmas. The estimated delivery date was 19th December, which seemed a very long time. The vest hadn't arrived, nobody had responded to my emails and the phone number doesn't work. It doesn't seem like a very legitimate company. I am going to let the club know that they shouldn't use this company to produce their kit.

Hugely disappointing to be informed today, 2 days before Christmas, that Kukri won’t be fulfilling their pre-Christmas delivery commitment after all :(

I wish I had read the other reviews on here before trusting Kukri to deliver when they said they would :(

Order confirmed and then zero contact when the delivery date came and went. Two emails later and still no response. Do not buy from this company

Poor quality goods, logos just wash off and fabric quality is poor.
Expensive delivery that then takes ages to even be dispatched!
Tied to using this company due to school but would look elsewhere if I could. Top end prices for low end goods.

Just placed an order for my son, who has just started university in September. My order says it will not delivered until March 2026!!!!
It’s disappointing as it’s just an order that does not require any additional names, something that should be available at least within a couple of weeks.

Absolutely nothing works with the website. I can’t access my account from google chrome - page not loading. I can’t initiate return from my orders online. Absolutely scrapped technology.

Unfortunately the rugby club change to this from oneils. I ordered in August and items arrived end of October after the season had started and the sizing is a joke where even compared to standard sizes I would have to order 3 sizes above the usual. Would not order again and will be trying to return.

Ordered PE top, received shorts. Sent it back. The item was received by the company, 5 emails sent with no reply. Correct item is not received , refund not issued.
My son is still without propper PE uniform. Really upsetting!

No communication with my order at all, I ordered a while ago now and had no sign of my order arriving anytime soon despite the email saying it should’ve arrived. Can’t get hold of anyone about it

I’m going to suggest that Kukri Sports knew they’d lost the contract with Leeds Beckett University to supply uniform but still permitted orders nonetheless. I think that is dishonest. It’s taken 4 weeks to arrive, and she is already 3 weeks in to her course. It cost my 18yr old over £100 and is absolutely useless to her now with the suppliers having changed this semester. It explains why they were so low on stock items with no hope
of them ever coming into stock when she contacted them prior to ordering. Just poor ethics in my mind.
