I ordered from Germany. I know that it can take a while for the order to arrive. It's always stated in the delivery conditions. But after almost 4 weeks and the delivery status not working, I thought my order had been lost and I wouldn't receive it. I wrote to customer service. They were very friendly and helpful. The lovely email gave me hope again that I would receive my parcel and that I would get help with any difficulties/complications.

It was a great experience, everything came well packaged and all present and correct, the only wee problem is make sure you order well in advance of when you need your items, as it was quite a long wait to receive my wee bits, understandable as you’re pretty much the other side of the world from where I am

Great Customer Service!
This company was responsive and helpful during and after my ordering. I had an issue with applying the discount and, even though the discount had expired by the time my inquiry was received, the discount was applied to my order.
My order took a long time to arrive, but considering it came to Texas from China, that's not unreasonable. If I need something quickly, I will order elsewhere. Overall, products and service were excellent!!

They responded to my email regarding shipping. None of the actual products were harmed, only the lil boxes of the stickers i ordered were crumpled but it was very minor so its fine.
