This is the best website for stationary, all the items are so cute! And they have fantastic customer service! One of my orders did not arrive due to error in my address. Kuma did not only reship the order to me, they also refunded part of my order to my bank account, wich I find so fantastic! I would definitly recommend Kuma!

Stop cheating customers
If you don't deliver to India then in the first place you should have not made the transaction. You later cancelled my order & the refund money i got back was lesser than I should have got (bcz the bank charges interest on international purchase which was not refunded to me). Kindly don't cheat your customers.
