Sent a picture of the loop that was…

Sent a picture of the loop that was falling apart of shoes that I purchased a couple of months ago and was told to keep my shoes and gave me credit for new ones. That was awesome.

Several shoes and the sandal I looked…

Several shoes and the sandal I looked at were not available in size 7, 7.5, nor 8. This has happened a number of times when I have shopped online. I do appreciate the bot advice and verification, and the follow up I have received to my email, and am very happy being able to buy a 2nd pair of shoes of the same kind as my first pair. For me, I cannot walk in what is considered a platform sole, so immediately I bypass those, nor do I like hiking shoes, I already have what will last for years. Thank you for the customer support service you give your clients.

We also appreciate you sharing your experience with sizing availability. Sandals are currently only offered in whole sizes, so we generally recommend sizing up from a 7.5 to an 8. At the moment, the only sandal styles unavailable in size 8 are the brown CODA Aika and the LOMA Tila, which is one of our platform styles.

We took a close look at our current inventory and, outside of Last Chance styles that are being discontinued, only two shoe styles currently have a single colorway unavailable in size 7.5 or 8. In other words, nearly every active shoe style is available in your size today.

Since platform soles and hiking shoes aren't what you're looking for, it may be that finding the right style is proving more challenging than finding the right size. My sneakers are amazingly comfortable…

My sneakers are amazingly comfortable but they were a little too big. I called and was connected with a Kuru Guru who made the whole exchange process very simple. It was like talking to a long time good friend. Kuru provides great quality products and customer service that is second to none. I highly recommend Kuru and will definitely be buying more!

I LOVE my KURU KINETIC 2.0 shoes!

I LOVE my KURU KINETIC 2.0 shoes! I have never worn more comfortable and supportive shoes. My feet, knees and lower back do not hurt, nor feel any discomfort. My only request is that the designers could create a shoe that feels like KINETIC 2.0 that is a dressier shoe that I could wear to church, the temple, and fancy occasions. (When I wear different shoes for dressier occasions, my feet, knees and lower back suffer.)

Outstanding company and great customer service

Kurus shoes, sneakers and sandals have dramatically changed my ability to walk long distances without pain. Their customer service is as great as their shoes. This has been the easiest experience working with customer service that I've had from any company I've used before. They quickly solved my problem and they were so helpful throughout.

I highly recommend them!

Immediate help via Text is wonderful

I received my new shoes on Sunday

I received my new shoes on Sunday. Today (Tuesday) I noticed one of the string loops had detached. I sent a text with pics, and the response was amazing...new pair of shoes are on the way.

I love this company

I love this company, they are always friendly, willing to help and solve any problems. The website is easy to use with important information regarding the type of shoes, wish the prices were a little less expensive especially now when everything is so high.
