I had purchased the Kuru Draft 2 SmokeyGrey-Chestnut slipper in size 8 which was too large for my feet. Upon messaging Kuru help I received an immediate response with a link to return my shoes. I did that. Within days I received size 7.5. Even that was loose around my heels. I called the help line but they were closed for the weekend. Their system detected the missed call and sent me an email. The Kuru help guru recommended I buy another pair with full heel cover. I was impressed. I am going to try their suggestion and hope it will fit.

I have recommended Kuru dozens of times to folks with foot issues. The customer service is top-notch. The website is user-friendly and, while the prices are not inexpensive, they are not unreasonable given the quality and design. I live in my slippers when I am in the house and I am convinced it has "cured" my plantar fasciitis. My only "complaint" is the lack of anything pretty. I think some of the designs could be made much more attractive. For example, the best-looking (non-orthopedic looking) products, are the Roam sneaker and Loma sandal. I have both in black and white. A patent leather or a leopard print, for example, would upgrade them and make them look more hip. I encourage you to design additional products like these two that, again, look less orthopedic and fuddy-duddy for women who have pain but are fashionable.

I love Kuru pickleball shoes! This is a wonderful company with great customer service, too. They did not hesitate to help me out when I had a defect with my first pair of shoes. And, yes, I plan to stick with this shoe because I love the grip of the court, the ease that I can change direction and get to the net, not to mention how sturdy and comfortable they are.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes and unfortunately 1 pair was too tight. I was unable to find my order information to start a return, but my email request was answered promptly (actually within minutes!). The return process was super easy! Very refreshing as I plan to continue ordering from this company in the future.

The customer service is fantastic! Prompt, courteous and the best!
Love the way we can slip into and slip off the shoes - good design in that aspect.
The shoes are not very stylish, and not noticeably more pain-relieving than the competition.
The delivery time is not good - like as though the shoes are being shipped from overseas.
Choice of models - like "wide" is mostly unavailable. The toe-box feels less wide than even the regular Altria, Hoka and Topo.

A sudden onset of Plantar Fasciitis stopped me from walking with my 88 yr old father early every morning until I came across KURU shoes. I gave them a try refusing to resort to injections & may I dare say miraculously I was walking again with no pain. After using the cloud sneaker daily for 6 months (white color hold up fantastic) one of my lace straps popped out. I reached out to KURU stating my situation, was forwarded to a KURU GURU 😘 and sent a replacement pair. My phalanges thank you.

I had an issue with one of my shoes being incorrectly stitched and kept stabbing my toes, I contacted customer service to see what I should do, in less than 48hours I was reached out to by multiple people that worked together to rectify the situation and get a new pair sent out to me. They were polite, quick and caring.
