I have been a Kuru customer since 2025, and have currently ordered my fifth pair (each a different style and fit). I have returned three pair for various reasons and have found their return process easy and hassle free, One can ask the on-line catalog "Guru" any questions that may come to mind and get very good answers. If further help is needed, one can email or phone the company and get more information than is available from the catalog "Guru". Kuru now offers a 91 day "trial wear" policy with return, exchange, or refund choices (other competitors only offer 30 -30 days) Another big benefit is that one can earn KuruCash points for their purchases, reviews, referrals and even for a birthday all of which can be used to reduce the cost of a new purchase. This firm is highly reputable, has QUALITY products, and OUTSTANDING service. I have not received anything for my review, and I submit it only because am one of Kuru's many very satisfied customers .

I did not know my rewards expire over time. The service agent explained AND reinstated newly expired credit.
BTW, I used to sprain my ankles, with regularity for over 60 years. I am 74 and have not even strained my ankle in over 10 years.
I easily walk 4-5 miles/day.
The shoes have a lot to do with it

I have had only amazing experiences with this company. I work in the food industry and needed a good shoe to support being on my feet all day long. I bought the Shift shoes and they fit amazing and support my heels and arches so well. Shortly after receiving my shoes, a dog tore about my insoles and I was devastated. I tried replacing the insoles with other “arch supporting” insoles but they didn’t support my feet the same as the Kuru insoles. I reached out to support to see if I could possibly buy another pair of them and they sent me a free replacement. Chad from the support team was super friendly and understanding. He made me feel genuinely cared for by replying in an understanding and providing a free replacement instantly.

Shoe was well put together and looked great!! Unfortunately, I did not do my research in what type shoe was good for me and the extra support the shoe provides was too much for me. Customer service has been great with quick response and now am hopeful for getting my refund to find appropriate shoe that provides the comfort I need.

It would be great if you guys could make narrow shoes B,C wide . I tried your tread sandals but the straps weren't tight enough ! This is very disappointing!!! All shoe shops don't make narrow shoes. Makes it very hard to find shoes that fit comfortable.

After bad foot pain last year, I tried Kurus. Immediate relief. Got slippers, and wore a few pairs of shoes out as I'm over 250 LBS. I ordered the latest and greatest new Kuru walking shoe and It had an eye hole issue for the laces. Customer service was great. New pair in the mail.

Well, I don’t know if I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address, or if Kuru accidentally shipped to the wrong address. Either way, the shoes I had delivered were stolen. Kuru, no questions asked, not only
Looked into my order TWICE, but also reshipped my shoes to the right address. I am almost certain they lost money on this order, but, knowing I lost money and shoes, sent me a replacement pair anyway. How generous is that?
Learning that my feet ONLY want Kuru shoes (believe me…I’ve tried custom inserts, Hoka, Vionic) has made it so I am able to prioritize my feet. Having this stolen delivery replaced means I now have flip flops I can wear. I will absolutely be only buying Kuru from now on. Thank you thank you thank you!

I really like these shoes to address my plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist initially recommended Hoka, but I felt like my feet still hurt the entire year I had those shoes. I searched for a new shoe and found Kuru - and I’m so glad I did. The Atom 2s that I bought this year are my second pair of Kurus and I don’t think my feet have hurt at all during the time I’ve had them.
When my new pair (3 months in) broke, Kuru quickly addressed my situation and sent me a new pair to replace the broken shoe. It’s incredible customer service and I’m delighted. Thank you, Kuru!
