Great service from start to finish. I needed a cover at short notice and they turned it around within days rather than weeks like others. A little hiccup along the way but Kustom Covers sorted it out without question. Will certainly use again and recommend to others.

Fast and friendly service. Sent them the dimensions for the trailer cover and had the cover delivered within a week. Excellent service. Perfect cover fit too.

Side panels all had windows in and one had a zipped door.
Panels fitted exactly.

Great communication from the company as I made enquiries about a hose reel cover. They knew exactly what I wanted & were happy to make it to my measurements to allow for the wall mounting.
Item arrived within the stated timescale & is exactly what I was looking for.

I had ordered a trailer cover but unfortunately didn’t arrive in time. This is where a company shows it’s true colours, they bent over backwards to try getting it to me at my destination address. Mistakes happen but it’s how you rectify them that counts. I’d use them again

just really good service and product all done with a terrific sense of humour with a certain foxiness about it!

My advice is avoid. I ordered and was told the lead time which was fine. I contacted them a few weeks later and was told they would be dispatched mid week via DPD. A week later I heard nothing so began proceedings to get my money back. The same day I was called and told that they were experiencing some issues. Fair enough I thought. I was assured they would be dispatched later that week as they were waiting for a zip. Still absolutely nothing so unfortunately my credit card company have stepped in and given my money back.

Good side panels.Delivery was delayed for various reasons and no fittings sent with panels.It took 6 days to receive fittings.Both panels were 20mm shorter than ordered.

Excellent communication with the company including sizes and involment of design, very pleased with the outcome lovely and strong to our reclining chairs.

I ordered a cover three weeks ago and due to my own fault I gave the wrong measurements. With Kustom Kovers only being a 35 minute drive away, I went up and asked the staff if they could rectify this. A very nice lady in the office and the manager sorted this out for me. First class service from start to finish, very customer friendly business that made the design, planning and ordering of some protective panels for our 6m x 3m gazebo extremely easy.
Once they arrived they were also relatively straightforward to install, I cannot recommend this company enough.
