Had some covers made for some custom designed items that needed to be transported overseas and I didnt want them to get damaged.
I took the items into their outlet and they measured them up and gave me advice on what they could do and what they would recommend to achieve the maximum protection.
I placed my order and a little over a week later they were ready. The covers are perfect!

The cover was an awkward shape being a 4 burner Whistler grill flanked by a drawer unit and a double fridge. I provided exact measurements based on the product brochure (we had not assembled the units) and Kustom Covers added a bit to the dimensions to allow easy fitting.The cover fits very nicely. Lynn was very helpful and did a great job. It was delivered promptly and undamaged.

Ordered a bespoke tarpaulin for a pergola at my property and provided measurements to Kustom Covers. They were superb with communication and verifying my requirements prior to manufacturing. They were also very transparent around manufacturing and delivery times to manage my expectations. When my order arrived is was well packaged and was exactly what I ordered to the millimetre. Was super easy to fit, and is perfect for my pergola.

I ordered bespoke side panels for my carport as it gives me additional space to work on my cars. I dealt with Hayley from start to finish, such excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble for her, especially as I altered my original request and Hayley had to re-draw plans. Their prices are much more reasonable compared to other similar manufacturers and in my opinion from doing much research, much better quality products.

What a brilliant company! We ordered a trailer cover from them, which was an unusual size, plus the eyelets were an odd placement too, but despite this they got the fitment perfect. It was made and delivered to us within the promised three week time frame, and as soon as it was on the trailer, any worries were out the window! The girls in the office kept in contact all throughout the process, double checking our requirements, as they were not the norm, and keeping us advised of progress times. We cannot thank Kustom Covers enough, and recommend them to anyone needing a cover for anything, as they are very high quality, excellent value, and above all a 100% hard working British company.
