Ordered multiple items from KUXIU, and am a big fan of their 3-in-1 chargers. Had a brief issue with one, but their Customer support was very helpful in resolving the matter. Recommend them in the future

I order a PowerBank 3-1 10000
I get a notification that delivered but no powerbank. When i reply that I don’t received it there send me a other one.
I don’t received that but service is already great

I ordered the magnetic stand for my iPad Air from KUXIU. The item was delivered quickly, but there was a small problem that the magnetic holder did not sit quite firmly on the arm and was a bit wobbly. I first hesitated to report it at all because the arm otherwise worked perfectly. In the end, I nevertheless turned to support and immediately received a replacement. In summary, I can only say 5 stars for the very good quality of the product and the support deserves at least 10 stars.

I made a mistake when purchasing and entered the wrong address. I contacted support and they promptly resolved the issue. I received the items as well as an email from support asking if everything had arrived and if everything was okay. Products with premium finishes as described. I highly recommend them

Due to my own mistake, there was an error in the order details, but the customer support team responded with great kindness and resolved the issue without requiring any additional payment.
The product is also very comfortable to use—the strength of the arm and the magnetic force of the magnetic pad are both excellent.

Really impressed with the level of customer services here! I was concerned that the item had been lost by the courier and the customer service agent went above and beyond to make sure that I was kept informed of where my delivery was and it turned up only a couple of days later.

Got a K1PRO 3in1 power bank because it seems the only option on the whole market which combines an easy fitting MacSave power bank (to use the phone when charging) with a stand and a charger for Apple Watches (I often forget this charger when traveling). Shipping overseas took a little time, but the product is great. Unfortunately I had a problem with the included USB-C cable but the service was even better: I got reply via mail within minutes and after the customer service confirmed the problem, they offered even sending a better cable as an upgrade for free!

Extremely happy with the quality of the build and customer support. Had an issue with pins contacting my ipad 2 months after purchase. A new unit was immediately shipped upon interaction with customer service. A+ overall!

I have bought several products from KUXIU. In particular four X58s for my house. The build quality is very impressive. It's solid metal and feels like a product Apple themselves would make. I contacted support regarding one of my orders and they immediately helped and fixed the issue. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality charger and will buy again.

First off, this is a great product. Very solid iPad stand with a strong magnet. The iPad stays in place, BUT can be removed easily enough. It has good movement and positioning, tilt, and landscape or portrait.

On the first unit sent one of the charging pins became pushed in and was unable to make contact in order to enable charging. I contacted the company, and despite them being half way around the world from me they were very attentive and they quickly approved a replacement once I sent them pictures of the issue.

The replacement was shipped quickly and arrived within days. The whole process was pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

I only came across this company recently but was looking for a new 3 in 1 iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods for travel and saw their product was getting great reviews.

I’ve been really impressed with the Kuxiu X40Q 3 in 1 charger. The quality is really excellent and I ended up replacing my bedside Ankur Cube too.

I also bought their 3 in 1 battery pack which shipped from overseas and took a little longer to arrive but the support team were really helpful with confirming where it was and when it would arrive also following up to confirm once I got it.
