I’ve been with them for over a decade. They fixed my most recent issue fast, with excellent communication throughout the process.

I was with them for 5 years because I was just too lazy to search out for a better service. What I learned was I could have pulled a host out of a hat and would have gotten better service.
1. They say unlimited, It is not unlimited anything.
2. My banks tell me their emails are bounced back to them all the time.
I have been told by 3 of my banks, they need a solid email address for me.
3. Emails I send are not allowed if addressed to Gmail and Outlook because
the IP of KVChosting is a spammers IP and is blocked
4. ALL emails sent to my email address are slow.
5. They keep changing the IPs for different servers.
6. They change settings that end up locking me out.
7. Most recently their entire website and ALL services were down for at least 1 day if not more.
8. Every time I hear their name or think of KVC, it induces untold stress,
That name makes me feel sick.

Since May 27, 2026 all services of kvchosting.net are stopped

I am a costumer of KVC since 2009 and the tech support has been great.

A lot of things used to be good, Kvchosting is NOT one of them. I have run into so many issues with these monkeys over the years. It’s cheap and everything about Kvchosting is cheap. You get what you pay for and since you paid almost nothing for this sub-par hosting, you are getting the same back. I've actually started using Gmail for those important emails because all the personal emails have called to tell me they get emails returned (Bounced) to them. I have been contacted by Charles Schwab to let me know because so many emails have bounced back to them, I need to use a different email address. I could write all day if I gave you detailed info their failures. If you are a business, make sure you have back up servers for your hosting and email. If you don’t want to chance losing your hosted files and having email bounced, Kvchosting is the place for you, otherwise stay away.

I always appreciate quick support and less time to resolve issues. KVC Hosting is the best company i ever happened to work with so far.

KVC's support team stuck with me for over 10 days of issues when I was trying to move web hosts for our non-profit. They were extremely quick to respond and kind to work with. I would have been completely lost and out of luck without their help!

I've been with KVC Hosting for more than 4 years and they have been quickly to respond, even at odd hours like after midnight. The Professional SSD hosting is really fast and have been great for my clients.

Has been destroyed by new owners. Lost 2 websites and all my information, when new owners took over. I still can't get access to domain names I purchased and the site now looks like it has been built by beginners with much of what made it a good hosting company removed. Customer service is non existent and nobody can tell we how to access domain names I have purchased. This new company seems to have no idea what they are doing and ruined a perfectly good hosting company.

A different company bought out Kvchosting. Our website was down for 2 days. The only reason we knew did is because we didn't get emails for 2 days. We thought it was strange. We opened a ticket and they got it back up. It had nothing to do with us... it was all on them. Cpanel never worked well, and it never used httpS. It was always insecure.
We asked for a refund since we had paid for a 3 year plan in march. They always refused. We complained with paypal and they cancelled our service without offering a refund. So, now we have our service cancelled and we didn't get the money back. It's insane!

Used to be outstanding, but since they have changed ownership in 2024 they are completely unstable. All my business emails could send but not receive. Lost weeks of emails during daily promises from support all will be resolved. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! No matter how cheap they can go. Support wiil just loop responses but avoids answering or taking action to the detail of your message.
Their two most common replies are:
1. We are checking on this issue and will make a follow up.
2. I just wanted to let you know I've been assigned your ticket Please refrain from making any non-emergency changes to your server. I will update you once I have more information to share.

All they really mean is we are busy with other customers, so please hold. They must be technically incompetent to not resolve their in-house email service. The problem was never solved after two weeks and I moved to another service provider.

Lots of issues. Bad mail-service. Emails bouncing back, they fix it, few months later another problem re-appears. Their IP is flagged for spam, so can't send emails. Note we Never sent any mass-emails. Always takes few days to fix (up 10+ days..). In meanwhile, my emails fail. A while later, KVC systems are on some Blacklist, so emails fail. Few more days to fix. Give us new IP-addr, change this, change that... works for few months. The new IP-addr we were assigned, flagged again by different sites. So our emails fail again. They fix, but only partly. So our emails end-up in the spam-box of the receiving-users..
And on & on...
Also our website was not accessible few times. But biggest problem is email. Big Red-flag.

I've used many hosting services over the past 15 years and KVC is BY FAR THE BEST. The quality of their service and support is unmatched.

I have been with KVC for ages and as a novice know I lean on them more than I probably should however anytime I've had an issue the response has been prompt, professional, friendly and issues get solved. Those rare occasions where first fix attempts haven't been possible they have persisted to get a resolution. Really can't recommend them enough.

I was chatting with Sales of KVC hosting to ask for some promo for new customers, they took ages to appear in the chat, and every time I had to ping them to get a response, then after they talked rudely, they just ended the chat and left. Wondering how their support would be. I would not recommend them unless you want to kill your website. Below is a transcript of the same:

Repeatedly I experience emails returned because their MX domains are blocked by other email services.
Since I switched over to this company, this has been going on. Sometimes it is in spurts of between few each day to dozens each day and has gone on for several weeks until it stops. It will be fine for some time, maybe a week up to a couple of months and then it starts happening again. FOR YEARS this has gone on. My emails to support go unanswered. I ask for a reason it is happening and get no reply. When I look at the info in the reject/returned email, it almost always says the MX server IP is being blocked by email services like email.com and outlook.com.
I have even had email I sent to the KVC support email address rejected and returned. How bad does a support team have to be to have emails sent to their support email rejected!!!
The only reason I could think this could happen is that KVCHost is selling hosting space to and harboring bad people that are involved with sending bulk spam out and maybe worse resulting in KVC's MX IPs being blocked.
