Depending on the vehicle and agreement, we can also provide servicing, a fresh MOT and comprehensive warranty options for additional peace of mind. We can assist with: • Quality used cars • Part exchange • Vehicle sourcing • Finance options, subject to status and lender approval • Extended warranty options • Nationwide vehicle delivery • Remote purchasing and video viewings • After sales support We believe a good dealership should offer more than simply a vehicle. Our focus is on solutions, convenience and the overall customer experience, from the first enquiry through to collection or delivery. Whether you are purchasing your first car, changing your family vehicle or simply looking for something reliable and affordable, our aim is to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. Great service from KVC ,kept me informed about the car while it was being serviced and MOT before they delivered also went out of their way to fix all mechanical issues or clutch drive shaft before delivery from London to crieff Scotland and the delivery driver was above and beyond for that.
They have a deserved reputation for excellence so buy with confidence
They are a very honest car dealer. The car passed MOT with some couple of advisories. Advisories was fixed before delivery. I live down south, communication primarily through chat, and the whole process was smooth.
I bought my car from KVC London and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. So far, it has been the most reliable car I have ever had.
The whole experience with KVC London was great from start to finish. The car was exactly as described, in excellent condition, and the team were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process.
I’ve had no problems with the car and it has given me complete peace of mind, which is so important when buying a used car.
I would definitely recommend KVC London to anyone looking for a reliable car and a straightforward, professional buying experience. I’m very happy with my purchase!
This was the first time I had contact with this car sales business, I dealt with Imran the proprietor.
I was taken aback by the high level of customer service that I have been provided with.
I was interested on a little city car for my wife, the car was a 2013 Vauxhall Agila 1L, the car itself was in good condition for its age and very clean.
Due to work commitments, my wife was not able to make her way to KVC in Mitcham, Imran however very promptly offered to drive the vehicle to us in Epsom, Imran was very open and stated that there was no pressure to buy the vehicle just because he would bring the vehicle to us.
Unfortunately my wife felt that this was not the car for her but true to his word Imran was very understanding, did not put any pressure and by the contrary Imran offered to keep an eye for a vehicle more in line with my wife would like.
To be honest, I was taken aback by this level of customer service and Imran’s great interpersonal skills.
I have no hesitation and based in my experience with Imran @ KVC Motors to recommend KVC.
My wife and I truly wish you all the success for the future and hopeful we will be in touch when the time is right.
Once again our many thanks.
