Cars Junctions exceptional service - Just call SCOTT

In my extensive experience over 30 years of buying cars.... Dealing with the purchase of a 2nd hand Nissan Navara from Scott at Cars Junction during these strange and testing Covid times, was actually as smooth as silk.
The method, although a little strange with respect to how I secured my vehicle through deposit, made sense in the end.
Scott was amazing all the way through, making sure that all the MOT requirements were met, any advisories were documented visible on the "advert brief" for the vehicle and that every concern was addressed.
I bought the car 2 months ago and still receive regular communication from him about potential future suitable products that I asked him to keep a look out for.
I have total faith and trust in the dealership and can highly recommend them to anyone wanting "Peace of Mind" for a Used car Purchase....

Keep up the excellent service guys....

Terrible post sales service. Avoid!!!!

We bought an used car from CarsJunction in Wandsworth late May/early Jun with an extended warranty. The AC wasn’t working but the car dealership charged us for a re-gas and promised it would be fine.
For two weeks we didn’t really use the car and then, the first time we needed the AC it didn’t work. The car dealership took the car back for another re-gas, this time free of charge. We didn’t have the car for a week while it was done and it returned with a working AC. The following day, the AC Once again stopped working. Once again we returned the car to be fixed and it stayed there for over a week, this time the dealership kept the car for weeks as they wanted to use the car for some time to insure the problems was fixed, the car was returned and unfortunately the problem persisted.
In total we had property of the car for almost two months but direct access to the car for less than 4 weeks. At this stage Citizen Advice was helping us and made us aware of our consumers rights. At this point we agreed with the dealership that we would start mitigation and offer to return the car. Instead, the dealership gave us permission to use the car until the matter had been sorted.
After endless emails, WhatsApp messages and communications with The dealership and their “legal rep” they offer to accept the car back but wanted to charge over 45p per mile based on the HMRC travel rate expenses, way above the 6-9p you would pay to any PCP much newer car. The car milleage meant that they wanted to deduct almost £500 from what we paid for the car. Obviously we did not accept it. Now the dealership is trying to prevent us from sharing our experience online

I bought a vauxhall zafira from cars…

I bought a vauxhall zafira from cars junction, it was well priced and the chap i dealt with was helpful. I made an appointment to view the car I took my mechanic friend with me to check the car over. They were happy for him to look over the car. I did not feel pressured at all during the whole process. Good

Cars Junction refuse to honour their rights as a seller, having to resort to credit card company to claim money back

We bought a car from Cars Junction in Wandsworth on 30 May. We noted that the air con wasn't working and the car salesman at Cars Junction said that it'd need a re-gas at £50 so we paid and when it was delivered on 1 June it seemed fine. The air con stopped working less than two weeks later. He tried to get me to take it to a local KwikFit but they said it would have to go back to him so I took it to their lockup and left it with them for a week. The car came back and within a couple of days the air con had stopped working again. The salesman asked me to take the car directly to KwikFit in Wandsworth and there one of the team suggested that I should ask to return the car while it was still within its first 30 days. I told him I wanted to reject the car but he insisted this wasn't an option but he promised to have the air con repaired. He kept the car for over two weeks and we got it back on Wednesday 15 March. The air con broke again on Friday 17 March and we said we wanted to return the car. Following a conversation with citizens advice we were told that any time a car is back with the dealer doesn't count towards the first 30 days so we were still within the first 30 days of possession and under the sale of goods act 2015 we were fully entitled to a refund. Unfortunately the the dealer said "this is silly, the car has been with us for two weeks and working fine. I will pass the matter to our legal team." Citizens advice have said we should not drive the car. We are now left with a car that we have to insure because it's parked at our house, but we can't buy a new one. My partner works in a hospital so we are in real trouble, especially as our last contact with the dealer is the we would hear back within 14 days. Fortunately we paid for some of the car with a credit card so we've put in a claim for a refund for the full amount and are awaiting their response. We have done all we can to be reasonable and helpful. We've given them two chances to sort the problem out, one more than we needed to by rights and we've ended up having to resort to taking action against them. All I can say is do not buy from this company, they will not follow the law in regards to your rights as a buyer.
