Pegasus Motor Cars 

Bought a Vauxhall Insignia from these cowboys on 13/1/26. Advertised online with a Full MOT, full service history and recently serviced.

Car covered a total of 24 miles home before going into limp mode and packing up. Car is now in garage with a DPF fault (blocked totally) and a list of ECU fault codes longer than War and Peace. MOT history online for most recent test has ‘Unknown’ listed against it (the mileage counter does work and is clearly visible). MOT certificate for most recent test is clear and no advisories, centre exhaust rotten completely and insecure now being replaced. I suspect the vehicle has had a ghost MOT done on it and the car has had a certificate issued without the car even being present at the MOT station.

Have reported to trading standards and VOSA suspecting fraudulent MOT,

Jay is super professional, honest, and kept me up to date throughout the process. The car itself was in immaculate condition and exactly as described in the ad. Jay even put a fresh MOT on the car before I arrived as it was due to expire shortly.

I’m usually hesitant to buy through dealers due but Pegasus have a good fleet of vehicles at very good price points. I will most certainly be keeping them on my radar when I’m in the market for my next car!

Brilliant and transparent experience, very easily would go back

I enquired about a seat Leon cupra that Pegasus motors had in stock, was a bit of a long shot due to the distance. I have to say service was second to none, after answering my questions and queries regarding the car, Jay had sent me a detailed video going over and showing the car off. At that point I was sold! They even delivered the car! These guys are an absolute gems and I would take my business to them again!

Excellent customer service. Jay was extremly helpful in helping pick the right car and allowing me to test drive the cars i had chosen.

Bought a car from Pegasus recently and couldn’t be happier. I had a limited budget, but the lads were super friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to sort me out with something reliable. No pressure, just honest advice and great service. Highly recommend.

Jay was extremely helpful and paitent. Our arranged time was a bit later than expected due to trains being cancelled and jay stayed a bit later to get the deal done. Car is smooth and as advertised. Would highly recommend these guys top service!

I purchased my first car from this garage, and within just a few weeks, the turbo failed. I contacted the business, and they initially assured me the issue would be resolved within a few days. However, after several delays, they informed me they were unable to fix it themselves and sent the vehicle to another garage. Unfortunately, the issue still remained unresolved.

By this point, my car had been in their possession for nearly a month, which I found completely unacceptable. Throughout this period, the owner repeatedly promised the car would be ready “within a few days” or “by tomorrow,” yet these commitments were never fulfilled.

When I finally received the vehicle I had discovered it had been returned in a dirty and unkempt condition. There were coffee stains, food remnants, and used cups left inside the car, reflecting a clear lack of care and professionalism.and after half an hour my car went back into its original state , unfixed and still had a flat turbo.

The overall customer service experience was poor and far below reasonable standards. It appeared as though the garage deliberately prolonged the process to run down the warranty period. When I raised my concerns, I was advised to take the car to another garage, with the promise that the cost would be fully covered. However, when presented with the bill of £250, they only agreed to cover £150.but I also had get another service which added the bill up to £370.

In summary, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. My time, money, and energy were wasted, and the original issue was never resolved. I would strongly advise others to avoid this garage.

They were very welcoming and and gave me very good service, the whole process was speedy, the car was valited and washed within an hour and to a good standard over all very pleased with my first car!

They guys at the dealership were all very nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend. Got my car without any issues whatsoever. The car was very well cleaned. Could not recommend enough!!!

Bought an Audi A3 S Line 2.0L diesel (2011) from Pegasus Motor Cars in Blackburn and couldn’t be happier. The car is solid, exactly as described, and runs great. The three brothers Jay, Zak, and Sal were spot on, friendly, knowledgeable and top lads throughout the whole process. The experience was straightforward and stress-free. Generally good buying experience with Pegasus Motor Cars, Blackburn. Jay was very helpful for being so busy trying to grow his company. The few concerns and issues that i did encounter were sorted in timely fashion. Would recommend.
