Honest and helpful
We looked at 5 cars before we got to Pegasus motors and the preparation on the A1 stood out from all the others, we found Jay to be very engaging and likeable from the off, he gave us a very good deal and always answered texts or calls in the week leading up to picking the car up, i would highly recommend Pegasus motors, the Audi A1 we bought is a little belter and my family are loving it already.

Outstanding service
From start to finish we have had an outstanding experience.
Faultless service, Jay explained everything with great detail and answered all our questions we had, even when we had questions late at night!
Jay went out of his way to make sure the car was ready for us at a time and day that was suitable, very friendly and welcoming guy!
I would highly recommend Pegasus motor cars to everyone and we will definitely use these guys again in future.

The best service and cars
I bought a car from this business and I couldnt have been more happy. The service and the quality of the car is perfect. The guy over the phone was happy to answer any questions and help in any way he could. After thoroughly checking the car we couldnt find any faults. Had the car for some time now and it has been lovely. Highly recommend these guys!

Very dissapointed with my purchase from pegasus motors bought a car from them and within a short period of time the car had developed faults, after speaking to them and discussing the fault and the cost to rectify i was asked to take the car to a garage 2 hours away for work to be carried out that didnt need doing to the car, there speciallist clearly isnt very good, then to add more insult i tried to claim under warranty only to be told by the warranty company that the warranty had not been activated until the day after i had reported faults with the car, hope no one else has to do the same as me and write a boaring review about how unhappy the purchase was and then having to cover the full cost for repairs that should have been under warranty

With regards to the issues, we can only offer you advice on what we believed the issues was after researching based on the described issues by yourself. If the issue has not been resolved with the repair then that same garage is obliged to continue to work on the vehicle until the problem has been rectified.
We note that you have not contacted us since you got in touch with us about taking it to the garage. We would have contributed towards the repairs and would have been able to rectify these issues. We have discussed this with Jay and he has confirmed to have never received further contact back, so we believed you have dealt with the issues at hand.
On the issue with the warranty, we apologise for not being able to activate this on the day of purchase, we have acted on this feedback in house and will ensure this does not occur again.
We want to make this clear that this is a complimentary warranty, you did not pay for this service from your own cost meaning you have not lost any services in that regard.

Excellent service, communication and aftercare from start to finish - Jay is absolutely brilliant and provided a simple and honest transaction for a BMW 1 Series we have bought. nothing was too much trouble and was honest about the car from the offset. The car is clean and runs perfectly . A great interaction, as well as being polite and professional.

I need to mention the excellent after care as Pegasus repaired an issue with the car that arose after we had made the purchase very professionally and without hesitation.
