No response from helpdesk

We ordered from the webshop and the lamp was broken inside the box. Tried contacting the helpdesk twice, called 5 times but never got an answer.
Drove to a shop to return the lamp, only to get the message that they don't accept it in the store because we ordered it through the webshop. They told to contact the helpdesk.... PLEASE HELP

Missing pieces

I ordered a loungeset from the web-store, it arrived well, didn't assemble it right away, since I was moving houses. After 2 months I wanted to assemble it, turns out there was a piece missing. The piece that was missing was even the largest part. I contacted the customer service, they didn't want to help me since my order was older than 2 weeks. Whilst I can confirm it does say on their website that I had to check the parts when receiving the order, I do want to mention that I can't even purchase spare parts... So, here I am, A man with an incomplete loungeset... Nothing I can do "So they say"

Booked a house consultation

Booked a house consultation, waited the full day at home and they did not come. The customer service said that the consultant came at home but could not find the apartment. I did not receive any calls or emails from the consultant, asked for proof and they stopped replying.
