En route to Chichester a warning light appeared saying Reset, low tyre pressure. Drove to Kwikfit. Car checked very quickly. Reset done, tyres checked. First class service. Very helpful, friendly advisor. Happy to recommend Kwikfit

Dreadful - do not waste your time or money here. Grim customer service the man at the Forfar branch couldn’t show me basic courtesy. Absolutely terrible. Left and went elsewhere.

Great price for new tyre when I had a slow puncture. Fixed quickly would recommend

Dropped in to the Chichester garage in St Pancras today with my daughter's Mini which kept losing tyre pressure. They jumped straight on the job, super friendly and helpful, found the issue (it was just the valve not a puncture) and fixed it inside a few minutes. Cannot ask for better service or professionalism.

1.Refuted alreadey made online payment for MOT, then charged second time.
2. Claimed cut in the tyre, fitted by them less than a year before and 4 to 5 thousand miles use. Never explained that you can inspect the cut. On returning back to customer care, argued it was my fault i did not ask for it.

My car was checked even though it didn't need new tyres. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

Had a puncture and needed x 2 new tyres, called in at 4.20 not interested in helping very off hand, presumably Rylan was some kind of manager, more interested in finishing time which was advertised as 6pm

Once again seen by outstanding honest staff. Found problem with nail in rear tyre on car was not as bad as first thought. I would always recommend Kwick fit Consett.

Unfortunately I noticed a screw in my tyre over the bank holiday weekend. Booked into kwickfit Caerphilly. Repair carried out efficiently. Be prepared to wait they are busy but will always try to fit customers in, we can’t unfortunately predict when we’ll get a puncture. Staff aways friendly and efficient

Went into my local Branch for a health check
For the worthing branch to loss a locking wheel nut
There attitude is full on disgusting
If you want to go into a centre a d get abused whilst your there waiting along with others
Then head to worthing where they dont care about the Gornal public
Reported to HQ as no manager was present in the branch
But honestly shame you on
To also find out they will rob you as well
Then try and rip you off and lie

Stay well away unless you like all the abuse and lies

Bought 4 new tyres £500 get free wheel alignment check.and behold my wheels need alignment. Was that b4 the bloke with the spanner undid it or after he turns machine on and says my wheels are out..so why did he use spanner b4 he put machine on as I was watching him..another £60..don't use these people they rob you

I arrived at the Wigston branch at 10:45am on Sunday 7th July, keys handed over and was told the work would take 1.5hrs and I should go for a coffee while the work was done. I asked if the wheel alignment would be checked and was told it was part of the tyre fitting process. Happy days I thought!
I strolled into Wigston town for a coffee and returned within the hour to find my car on a ramp with the two tyres I had pre booked and payed for ,the wheel alignment gizmo was also on the car and an engineer on the underside with tools in his hands.
He then noticed I was there and came to talk to me and said he had tried to ring me but couldn’t get through. He wanted to tell me that my alignment was slightly off and he was currently adjusting things to bring them aligned. Great I thought!!
He then explained that it would cost over £100 ( can’t remember the exact figure) for the service, at which point I was shocked as I didn’t realise there was a charge for the service ad he’d said it was part of the process, and he had also carried on without my consent to do so.
I walked away to the reception area in disbelieve as I didn’t know what to say.
When the work was finished he called me to the reception desk and handed me a invoice of £100+ pounds, at this point I made him aware that he shouldn’t have carried out the work without my consent at which point he said he could knock £20 pounds off the total.
I still wasn’t happy about this and managed negotiate in just paying for the front wheels to be aligned at a cost of around £72
I’m still not happy about the fact he carried out the work without my consent as I would have never of had the work done at that price and would have shopped around for a better deal
This needs to made clear to customers in the future that this is only a check to see if things are aligned and work won’t be carried out without the costumers say so

Went along with a slow puncture -they assessed the tyre, couldn’t repair it, quoted for a like for like replacement, fitted for a very reasonable price and I was out the door in 60 minutes. Excellent!

Kwickfit Leeds Road Huddersfield.
Fantastic service when a rear offside tyre showed leakage and was just able to get an immediate morning appointment to check.
Tarik, the assistant manager couldn’t have been more helpful and Callum the fitter inspected everything to show a side wall cut beyond repair. Ok , it meant a new tyre but the service was exceptional at no prior notice and just before Christmas and I was 100 miles away at my daughter’s desperate to get it repaired and be safe.
Well done guys

Polite, friendly and quick service. Went in with a flat tyre, really pleased they were able to repair it.

Also witnessed them dealing with an abusive customer (who had to be asked to leave) in a very professional manner.

I ordered 4 new tyres for my car online to be fitted at 3/30 the next day at Kwik fit Braintree when I arrived I was greeted in a friendly manner and told it would take about an hour.when I returned an hour later my car was all done and I am very pleased with the result.also a big thank you to the manager Paul who went out of his way to help me with another matter which was my fault but he resolved.I highly recommend this branch of Kwick fit and will return in the future
