Took my mother's car to the Cleveleys branch after noticing one of the tyres was bald. We were going on holiday the next day so we're panicking. Went at about 4.30 and they squeezed us in for a new tyre, tracking and checking the spare. Very happy with the service and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bicester branch damaged my clutch when they changed all four tyres. Don't know how. Totally different experience.

Took my Dad to get his car serviced and MOTed in WORTHING BRANCH. Appointment at 8.30am, we got him there early - Weather was Awful but instead of opening the waiting room or taking his keys so he could get on his way they rather us wait outside in cold. the staff were rude and did not say sorry we cant open door or take keys just grunted "NO" when I asked. another customer waiting was told to be there for 8am and she like us had to wait outside. (Some staff i admit were pottering around and sweeping up the work place, but others were just getting there morning cigarettes smoked .... I must ask, why on earth have a waiting room for customers you leave closed? especially when yo tell them to arrive at 8am and when weather is so bad..)

When 8.30am arrived staff member walked up to door unlocked door and walked off - did not open it for waiting customers, (staff member looked like he rather be anywhere but at his work place.) The same staff member sat down, we walked up to confirm work needed to car - he did not look at us, just said there and grunted, "what do you want" whilst staring at screen - Never seen such bad customer service...

On collection of car - my dad went into reception and did not get addressed my dad stood waiting for two staff members to say hello but there were too wrapped us in there own personal chinwag. I went in and said in a slightly loud voice - have you been seen yet and only then did they offer help ...

I am so shocked by his treatment and staff lack of customer care and so was he... He will never use them again, I hope others read this and avoid there appalling customer service and incredibly steep pricing.,,, SIMPLY AVOID

Chippenham branch Excellent. Help full and good prices. Laser alignment technician took the time to get every thing spot on including the steering wheel alignment. I have had this done by VW in the past and they could not get it right but Quickfit can! Thanks Quickfit

Kwick fit in dewsbury is appalling ... I wouldn’t even send an enemy there. Terrible customer service and product knowledge is shoddy if it wasn’t so close to a kfc I doubt anyone would be going there.

Asked the Cheltenham Road, Birstol branch to check my wheel balancing for me. Simple? One hour later, I have a call telling that I ought to consider replacing all 4 of my tyres. The rears, because they were 3mm off the legal limit (fair enough to consider it). The fronts, because they were "old", meaning the tyres were made in 2012. Well, they were only fitted a two months ago and so are new in my eyes, it's just scare mongering and ought to be lillegal (telling me how dangerous this was and everything).

This company wants your money, the way they talked to me on the phone when they were telling me what I needed was far too eloquent to be the words from anyone that I spoke to in the store, it's scripted manipulation that's at work here. Don't fall for it. It's shameful really, especially if you consider how many people fall for it.

My advice, go to a local garage unless you are absolutely desperate and know exactly what you need or they will try to talk you into spending far more than you ever though of.

Been sat here at the Kwikfit Newbury for over 2 and half hours for two replacement tyres

‘Can’t get quicker than a kwikfit fitter’ ......... what a load of bollicks

One tyre fitter at work , everyone walking through the door is being told at least 1 and half hour wait, no wonder people are turning away saying they will go elsewhere

Had my car m.o.t at this branch customer service was excellent very happy. Convenient for work so will definitely go back

First time I've had an issue with them after using them for 10 years. If you don't carry out the work you should be able to refund the money to the card. Notwait on hold for 10 mins then be told a case has to be created then approved by an area manager and then you send me a cheque. How antiquated and 20th century.

No, I have been misquoted for work that does not need doing more than once - the atmosphere is very male, intimidating for a female. They look to take advantage of those with little mechanical skills. Not a place I will revisit.

I called im at Kwick Fit Staimes this morning.Mayward Himdard was my comtact. His customer service was exceptional. What a true professional evem in the face of difficulty with his IT systems he was helpful, professional, good houres and obviously knew his business and products well. Thank you Mayward and your colleague who made an excellent job on my car.
Kwick fit please keep hold of these exceptional personnel. They arw your biggest asset. Sue

After waiting a week for an urgent appointment to have breaks and tyres change at the oxford headington centre. When arrive expecting every thing to be fine. The man at the counter rudely says he can’t do it today because of system problem. At this point im annoyed. the guy should have known that the appointment was book and told use in Advance after 45minute Journey. I get home and call a different store the guy there tell me the systems is not down if it was to go down everystore would have some sort of trubble. I just can’t believe the cheek of it. The has now left my car unsafe and RAC have to come out to do a safety cheat.
