When you ring they say, 15 mins. Then again, 10 mins, then 5 mins then 2 mins all while being an hour wait.
Do not use, pay a few £ extra to avoid hassle when arriving.

Waited over hr to get my car back !
Drop off was a breeze . Pick up was a nightmare I phoned when we landed and when we collected luggage as advised . Had to wait over an hour half to get my car back after loads of calls , after a 16 traveling the last thing I wanted was to be standing about waiting on my car . Definitely would not use again

Broken door handle and scratches
I had the unfortunate experience to leave my car with Kwikpark this Autumn. On return the car had a newly broken door handle with accompanying scratches (not to mention it was covered in bird droppings). Unfortunately I collected the car in the dark and failed to spot the damage. I notified them they the next day but was told that unless I informed them on collection there was nothing they could do. Radio silence since. Please do not trust this company. The car was clearly parked god knows where with no care or security. There are other similarly prices option for Heathrow. Please try them. I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket

Illegal parking
They left my car in a no parking zone for 8 hours resulting in a parking fine and threat of a county court judgement.
Do Not Use KwikPark
We have used KwikPark many times and not had an issue. We booked our meet and greet via SkyParkSecure. My car was returned at Heathrow T5 the driver handed the keys over and disappeared, no checks of the car performed (the driver that took the car on departure was very nice, took photos etc) I paid the exit fee, whilst my daughter popped our luggage in the boot. We then discovered the passenger seat was soaking wet, as was the dashboard, handbrake console and half the driver's seat. There was no driver's to be found only other companies. I rang the number and explained only to be told 'the driver must have left the window open, I'll have a word when he gets back' (the weather on Thursday was torrential rain).I told him that wasn't acceptable and asked who i contact to complain. I was sent an email address for their admin, who have not acknowledged my email with the photos attached. When we'd had torrential rain for 2 days and my car is returned in that condition the window would have been open for longer than the drive to the airport, its still not dried out after 2 days. I will never use this company again.
Extremely disappointed - damaged my car
Extremely disappointed - my plane landed around 6am and I was kept waiting 1.5hours for my car despite paying for meet and greet. The morning I had arrived was quite cold -2 degrees so I was prepared to be pragmatic… they told me my battery was dead and they needed to charge it up, my car is an Audi tt and as the windows would have been iced up, they decided that it would be a great idea to dowse the windows and the boot with hot water! And try and jimmy the door open, Something even I know to never do! The resulting issue is that now my car is in and out of the garage as my windows no longer retract as they should and I can’t shut my door. Thanks kwikpark ! You’ve cost me a hell of a lot more than I intended - will never use this company again - complete amateurs.

Very good customer service, used this company for the 2nd time. I had a very good experience both times, would recommend to anyone looking for a good experience with affordable prices +secure parking.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Really wish we’d read reviews before booking! Disappointing from start to finish. Called 30 mins before arriving and had to wait 40 minutes for car to be handed over. When returned left waiting way over a hour despite countless calls chasing updates, always being told 5 minutes away. Car finally arrived back in what can only be described as a disgusting condition which is going to have to be professionally cleaned to remove droppings and tree sap. Car also have over 80 miles added so not sure it was parked nearby and in a secure compound. Really should have done our due diligence before booking and definitely won’t be making the same mistake again. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this so called professional business
Absolute shocking service
Absolute shocking service, waited over 90 minutes after being told at least 10 times they’re “5 minutes away”. When the driver finally arrived he was aggressive and rude and raised his voice and refused to say why he was late and where the car has been parked as the car was absolutely covered in bird poo to point you couldn’t see out the window. Called to be told it was parked at the Holiday Inn yet following email complaints was told it was parked elsewhere. Reading reviews it seems they park their clients cars anywhere they can find. We have asked for insurance information to be told they don’t send it… Avoid if you’d like your car back clean and within a reasonable time after landing off a long flight.

Currently been stood waiting an hour and 24 mins. Being told on multiple occasions the driver is 5-7 mins away. Won't tell us where they actually are or where the car is.
Called when landed and once luggage was collected as instructed. No sign of car.
Do not use this company. Rude and just fob you off.
Avoid AirParker/Kwik Park – Car Driven Around Without Permission, Rude Staff, and a Fine from a Hotel Car Park I Never Booked
I booked through AirParker/Kwik Park (both companies are run by the same people), trusting that my car would be handled professionally, kept in a secure location, and registered correctly with the authorised car park. Unfortunately, none of this happened.
While I was abroad, my car app showed that my vehicle was being driven around to different locations, which I had never authorised. This resulted in a parking charge. The parking charge I later received came from the Holiday Inn car park, which is where they chose to leave my car. This was not the location I booked or agreed to.
Despite paying in full and providing proof of my booking, they failed to register my vehicle properly. Their error resulted in a parking fine, which has now escalated to debt recovery - something that should never happen when a customer has acted entirely in good faith.
When I contacted them about the fine, I spoke to a man called "Jay", who was extremely rude and unhelpful. After reading other reviews, it appears many customers have had similar unpleasant experiences with him. I was told the issue was being “dealt with,” but nothing was done. No apology, no accountability, no resolution.
This entire situation was caused by their mishandling of my booking and their decision to move my car around without clear permission. I trusted them to provide the service.
I strongly warn others not to use AirParker/Kwik Park.
The lower prices might look tempting, but it is absolutely not worth the risk. My experience has shown serious concerns about how vehicles are managed, where they’re taken, and how customers are spoken to when something goes wrong.
There are safer, more reputable airport parking companies available. I would advise avoiding this one entirely. I relied on them to provide the service I paid for, and instead I’m left dealing with a penalty and unnecessary stress.
Given my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should be aware that AirParker and Kwik Park are operated by the same people, and my case raises serious concerns about how vehicles are managed and where they’re being taken.
