Used for holiday out of T2 for a couple of weeks. Smooth drop off, driver was waiting despite horrific traffic jam on the slip road into the Heathrow short stay car park.
Upon collection the car was there but had to wait ~20min for the driver to bring the key. However received a refund for the additional parking charges.

Warning! Avoid this cowboy parking outfit! They lost the key to my car and have caused us so much inconvenience and several trips to Merc dealership to arrange replacement key! They are completely incompetent and seemed to take the whole thing lightly. Left my Mercedes with them for 2 weeks at Heathrow airport (meet and greet) in August this year, our flight back to Heathrow arrived late and it was approx 11pm when we called them to request our car, was told that they couldn't find our car key!!! Fortunately, we had the good sense to bring our spare key, so a guy came to collect our spare key from Heathrow after some time and then they only returned with our car after 45 mins, so we had to wait at airport for them to bring us our car, so it was gone past midnight and was travelling with my tired young ones and after a 5 hour flight, this was the last thing we needed! I was told that they would take a few days to keep searching for our key, after a few days I had to chase them for an update on our car key, just to be told that they'd need another week to look for it but promised that they would reimburse me for the cost of a replacement Merc key plus refund me 50% of the cost of the parking (£92). They never found key so they paid me price of new key (£475!), but they never refunded half of parking charge as they promised so many times, even after emailing them asking about refund they never responded. They just added insult to injury with this. My advice, pay a little more and go with any other parking service but these cowboys!

Pick up was easy. Collecting vehicle, noticed damage to bodywork, acknowledged by KP. As I live in the West Country was told could be repaired next time I was visiting! Had damage repair estimated, contacted KP to see how they wish to proceed as the damage far exceeds their T&C’s as small damage. No answer to emails or WA, telephone only to driver who told me they will do nothing and all repairs go through their garage in Slough. Unacceptable on all levels, avoid at all costs.
Very poor service
ID cards not available from driver who collected car upon arrival. Car was returned damaged but the driver returning the vehicle did not wait around for any inspection to take place. Numerous attempts to make contact but all have been ignored. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend using this company.
Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty
I have been a loyal customer of Meet & Greet for nearly 20 years and have always trusted them with my vehicle. Earlier this year, I used their service without any issues. However, my recent experience in August was nothing short of a nightmare.
When my vehicle was returned, the two drivers barely stopped — they handed me the keys and drove off without giving us a chance to inspect the car. Upon checking, we immediately noticed significant damage to the front door. I called the driver straight away, and to his credit, he returned and took photos of the damage. We also took our own pictures as evidence.
I was told to email the photos and assured that someone would contact me within 24 hours. I never received a single call.
I repeatedly tried calling their other mobile number over the following days, only to be ignored. On the fourth day, I finally got through — but was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional individual who not only refused to take any responsibility but also claimed the damage was already on the car (which is completely untrue).
The repair has cost me nearly £1,000 out of pocket.
Given the way this situation was handled — the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism — I’ve also begun questioning whether this company even holds the appropriate insurance to operate such a service.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and after two decades of trust, I will not be using Meet & Greet again.

LATE !! And ATTITUDE !!!
I was asked to call tis parking company 30 minutes before I was due to arrive at Heathrow Terminal 5. I did exactly that. When I arrived there was no driver to pick up the car. I called again and the guy on the phone asked me if this was my first phone call. I told him no its my second. He told me that I didn't call this number 30 minutes earlier. I said are you calling me a liar because I did. He said yes you are a liar!!!! I sent a screen shot of the phone call history proving I wasn't lying !!! He then refused to answer the phone. A guy eventually turned up 30 minutes late with no apology... WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!!!

Would not recommend, landed in terminal 2, rang and was told there was a 1.5 hour delay and if we wanted our car we’d have to go all the way to Terminal 5. Shocking after a long flight. Once there noticed passenger side door scratched, they said they didn’t do it but photos to proof it wasn’t scratched on drop off.. he just shrugged his shoulders and said, ‘ wasn’t them!’ Just spend the extra £££ and don’t bother with these cowboys. Added 2 more hours to our journey home because of having to get to Terminal 5 with a family and luggage.

Absolutely brilliant service. Before I reached Vallet driver was waiting in airport. Starting from booking till I picked up my car it was very pleasant and professional. I will be using their service always and I suggest everyone to use it. Very reliable.

Don’t do it. Don’t be tempted by the price…you call them twice on land and bag collect, they have plenty of time to get to you, then they tell you they’ll be 30 mins…yr off a long haul flight overnight it’s early in the morning…I could be halfway home by the time they get here. Not a service I’ll pay for ever again!

My car was picked up and dropped off on time from when we called as per instructions, the only issue I had the staff were not in uniform and did not take pictures and we didnt sign any paperwork, so I took pictures myself, to find out that they did over 30miles on my car, not sure where they took my car to park up as they took off my car camera
Service was slick
Service was so slick - the driver was there to collect the car 5 minutes after we arrived at the Airport. On the return we needed to change our flights and come home 4 hours earlier. Even though the terms and conditions said no changes could be made they adjusted the booking with no additional fee or any fuss. Would highly recommended and will use them again.

Used them for parking at Heathrow T4 for circa 2 weeks in July 2025. The drop off & pick up procedure was efficient. There was one issue where we had to pay for short stay car park fee (£7.50) on exit which should have been included in the cost, however, when I raised this with the company they were exceptionally quick to get this refunded. Would recommend & would use them again.

The jury is out and I'll modify my review upon return and hope to give a higher number of stars but I'm not happy that my car, a pristine BMW X5 (that has a tracker), is crammed in, at the side of a Novotel off of Bath Road.
Car now moved to the Holliday Inn. Neither are a secure compound as described by the company. Having a tracker is enlightening.
My last car was returned (different company) with two doors dings and I sold it before doing anything about it, but it is clear to see how cars are going to end up damaged. Parked as they are, nose to tail and side by side like sardines in a tin.
