Trip to Turkey and used Kwikpark.
Have used Kwikpark on several occasions. The whole process is straightforward to book and use. They send you an email with clear instructions to follow. On arrival at the airport terminal, there is usually someone waiting to collect the car and visa versa when you arrive back home.
They are usually the better priced ones on the search engine via Sky Park.
Will use again and will recommend.

Really easy process from booking to parking. Good communication from the team - they called me to check my flight was running on time and were there as soon as I got back.
Great service
Can’t fault the service we received, we were slightly early arriving at the airport by half an hour. Company initially said we would have to wait but then rang back to say they could accommodate us.
On returning to Heathrow we were called just after landing and then we rang back once bags collected. Car was waiting for us when we got to the carpark. Friendly staff both on drop off and collection.
Noticed comments below re extra entry and exit Heathrow carpark charges (£7.50 each way) this was detailed when booking and also on the booking confirmation so we were aware. Will definitely use again.
Efficient service
Efficient service. No complaints. Our flight was delay on return but we only waited 5 minutes for the car to be brought to us.
Extra Charges not made clear
The car was looked after satisfactorily but finding the representative and the car on return was difficult and if my son had not been there with the phone number on his mobile probably impossible. Main criticism is that the instructions do not say that you must take a ticket to hand to representative on entry to the car park at cost of £7.50 and the same applies to the ticket the representative gives you on return. This extra £15 is very significant against the price of the actual parking (£90). Sky Park Secure who own the Provider say in their T & Cs Cl 7.4 that Providers may add surcharges. Cls 5,2.1. and 5.2.2 also govern the contract with Providers. On page 2 of the Instructions for parking your car which you receive after paying Kwikpark there is a paragraph about extra fees and this is is mentioned. i.e. In the small print. These extra fees should be made clear before the contract is agreed. Price comparisons are worthless otherwise.

We’ll run and efficient.
They called me on my way to the airport when I didn’t arrive at my stated time to check everything was ok. When I got there, uniform staff were waiting and quickly processed the handover. On my return I called after landing and again at baggage collection as instructed. Car arrived just after we got to the car park. Hardly any waiting at all. All very efficient. Missed getting a 5 star only because it was very hard to hear the staff when speaking on phone. Their office seems to have very poor acoustics.

Received a good service. Bit late returning my car but can’t complain as my airline cancelled my flight and the new flight was to a different terminal and over 24 hrs late. My vehicle was undamaged and in the same state I left it in.

Kwick, helpful and friendly park.
The guys who collect and dropped off the car are friendly and helpful. My husband had to return earlier than expected so I was left struggling with all the luggage. The guys just helped without making me feel like the weak female I was feeling. They also made sure I was seated comfortably in the car, shut my door and then went on to their next job. My ULEZ charge was paid which was a lovely surprise. Great service, will use them again.

NEVER AGAIN!
Terrible experience with this company, car was returned covered in cobwebs and dirty! Looked like it had been dumped in a field somewhere. While waiting for my car to arrive the people next to me received there car back and it was damaged in 4 different places, luckily mine came back with no damage. Also received a £90 fine after they took my car! AVOID these cowboys.

Unfortunately we selected this company prior to reading reviews. The company certainly lives up to its bad rep!! Avoid at all costs. THE worst company. So rude! And unhelpful! Choose wisely....terrible TERRIBLE company.

This company is terrible and the worst i have ever used for parking. They will take your car and not pay the fines that are issued whilst it is in their care. The staff barely speak english and are rude and very unhelpful. We also saw another person's vehicle that was damaged when it was returned to them and then they argued that it was the customer that had caused the damage despite them being in a different country when the damage was caused. Updated: at no point did the company make me aware of any charges after the fine was issued they have told me that it is on their website which is also untrue.

End up with a fine!!!
Was told to go to t4 short stay floor 2 row b when I got there and parked was nobody around so I rang they told me I had to go somewhere else to where I refused as there were 8 of us in 3 different cars so they agreed to come to us. When we got back rang after collecting our luggage and had to wait 20 minutes. After being home 2 weeks the 3 of our cars received fine as the staff at the car park drove through a low emissions zone. Not once when booking was any of us advised this and we needed to pay the few pounds for it. You can clearly see on the photo it is rhe car park staff driving the cars and when contacting them they don't give a dam. This should be told to you when booking as we would of paid the £12 each car we now ended up with £180 for each car. UPDATE I HAVE READ MY BOOKING AND IT DOES NOT MENTION THIS. ALSO CHECKED THE OTHER 2 BOOKINGS NOT MENTIONED IN THERE EITHER. AND IM MRS NOT MISS THANK YOU.
