Dropping off car: Had to call multiple times before someone picked up
Picking up car: Again noone picking up the phone. Told to call after passport control as had no bags. Then told car will be delivered in 15/20 minutes so then had to wait 25 minutes for the car in the car park for the car. Advertised as 'your car will be waiting for you'. Rubbish. I've cancelled an upcoming booking with them. Won't use again.

Much the same as previous reviews. Was told to call after passport control. I was told to call back after customs in case I got stopped and they “didn’t want our drivers to be waiting around for too long”
When I called back after customs clearance, I was told I’d have to wait around 30 mins. So it is ok to keep customers waiting but not the drivers- despite them stating that the driver would be ready and waiting for us when we arrive at the pick up spot in the parking lot.
Their info was to meet on the wrong floor- which is a bigger deal than first thoughts as it’s tricky to navigate the lifts when it is busy and you have large luggage. There is no presence at the parking so I had to reconcile any assurances about being in the correct place with the help of other parking businesses.
I was advised to complain- which I did and I was assured that I’d be given good will in my next booking. I’ve contacted them and provided with an inflated price compared with the online quote and made to feel that the favour provided would be to not pay for the tickets in short stay parking where the pick up point is.. yet this is nowhere on the T&Cs. When challenged, they said it is because I booked through a third party last time and things have changed.. all sounded made up and excuses. These issues are reflected on previous ratings too, so this is not a one off!
Very flexible and professional
Kwik Park and especially Imran and Zubi have been so helpful in the past months when we had to book at last minute, extend and shorten our trips due to family emergencies abroad. 5 stars any day from us! Thank you!
Book the highest package. Fully flexible, efficient service
I would happily use this company. I agree with the grievances of others that the company doesn't make you aware that you are liable for airport parking levy and ULEZ emission zone costs. But this is the same with all other companies that I looked at.
I booked through Kwik Park's website. Booking the highest level of service. Which was fully flexible as I was late arriving due to traffic on M25 and M1. Then late upon my return too due to a flight delay in Abu Dhabi.
Throughout the communication was excellent, the car returned in exactly the same condition, with more than a satisfactory answer as to why the car was driven 21 miles. I would use them again, they were efficient, cost effective compared to any other parking service, very flexible.
Booking the highest package covers you for the airport parking levy. At that point don't go for any other package as the costs will work out the same.
Concerns that my dashcam was unplugged but overall service was ok
Overall service was ok, had to wait a while on the return journey for them to drop off my car (but could have been traffic) I was not made aware that I had to pay for the car park tickets, assumed this was included within the price. The most concerning factor for me was that my dashcam was unplugged when I received my vehicle. Not sure why they would do this if car has been taken of my car.
Driving my car
Just received a emission charge fine for £90. My car had a picture of it taken at 11,14 am but I was in the air and I didn't land until 5.30pm so in the future I won't be using this company
Shockingly long waiting
Drop off was not very efficient but the return was atrocious. Took 55 mins to bring our car back. Totally negates the benefits of door to door.
Avoid - Additional Costs not mentioned
We will not be using this company again. They arrived late and made us pay for the parking ticket when we dropped off the car and delivered it back to us when we returned from our holiday. This was an additional 23 pounds on top of the booking fee. It does not say anywhere in their terms and conditions that we had to pay it.
Unprofessional & unreliable
Definitely avoid this very unprofessional company. We had to ring them 4 times to get our car back and were waiting in the car park for half an hour. When they arrived the guy didn’t apologise or give us a ticket to exit the car park, which added extra stress.
Lost Car Key, it took a while but all good in the end.
This is an updated review of what was 1 star but now increased due to Kwik Park's efforts to rectify. We arrived back at the airport only to be told the company had lost our car key, so were unable to drive the car home. In a relatively short time, we were given a free Uber ride home despite it being 60 miles away and late at night. I was collected by the same driver the following day to collect the car with our spare key.
Although texts between the company were, at times slow, contact was maintained. Satisfactory compensation was paid and the key when it turned up just over a month later returned to our house, in person, by the guy we had originally seen at Heathrow.
Things like this can happen, it wasn't intentional and Kwik Park has, in my opinion, reacted well to what was a bad situation, so fair play.
Use another company
Took almost an hour from first calling them to get our car back. Instructions say to call as soon as you’ve cleared passer control. Upon ringing, I was told to call again when I had my luggage back. After calling, I was told it would take 15-20 mins. I would have been better off using a shuttle bus service. After passing through luggage collection, it took 40 mins to retrieve our car. The company has no presence in the car park, other companies had a desk.

Very reasonable price booked through a comparison site but would book directly with Kwikpark next time. Short waiting time when I dropped my car off at 8am. Imran returned the car to me when I arrived and rather than making me wait for ages due to traffic, came up with a much more convenient plan, staying in communication with me regularly. I would use this service again. Thank you Imran.
Stolen goods from car
Very bad service, do not book. The driver was late for drop off and refused to pay the airport levy fee, despite me showing the email confirming they pay it as of 2022.
On arrival the car was very dirty/muddy. They again refused to pay the airport levy fee (£15 in total now).
The central arm rest was left open and our loose change had been stolen. They also stole my glasses I need for driving and work.
I spoke to the driver about this who said it didn't happen as he knew he had picked up our car (it was a different man of a different race). They have no idea who is driving our cars.
We have since found cigarette rolling paper (neither of us smoke, they have been smoking in the car) and a used ice lolly stick.
I've emailed asking for a refund (only £84, won't even cover the cost of my new glasses) and have had no response. Disgusting service, do not book.
Mud in car & 45mins late!
All these reviews are spot on!! This company is the worst parking service out there. 45mins later the car arrives despite calling multiple times updating them of our whereabouts.
The driver also stained inside of my car with a lot of mud! I had to pay again to get it cleaned. Disgusting service. Will never use them again!!

Over an hour late returning our vehicle when flight was on time! You also have to keep ringing the number for someone to actually pick up! Company had been properly advised in advance of return flight details however when called said they did not have these and therefore we would have to wait. Would not use again and cannot recommend! Very poor service would have been quicker to use shuttle bus 😟
Edit: Additionally when contacting them today and asking to speak to manager I was shouted at and threatened saying I must remove this review! Really distressing experience and exceptionally rude and aggressive 🫤
Bad Service. Please avoid
Very bad experience while picking up the car. I called up on landing at 6:58am & requested them to prepare the car. Person on the other end informed me to call again after collecting bags.
I called again after picking up the bags at 7:38am & was told to go out to short stay car park to pick up the car. However, as soon as we stepped out of the terminal we received the call saying it is going to take time as car is not ready as we have booked parking till 11:00am. Yes, we always book parking for additional time as we can not predict delays in advance for passport control / bag collection / flight delays.
They didn't gave any estimate about when the car will be ready. After calling them on multiple times for one & half hour we finally received car at 9:20am.
Miserable service & no clear communication. We were left in the cold on wintry January morning with a child at their mercy.
Please avoid to get disappointed.
