Website easy to use, TrustPilot score highly reassuring, had the two wines that I was searching for at competitive prices. Delivered exactly as described ie within a couple of days.

One star knocked off because I ordered 6 bottles of each and only received 5 bottles of one of the wines. But to be fair I was only charged for 5.

Subsequently a quick play with their website suggested they only sent me 5 because that was all they had in stock, which is fair enough but they should have let know.

Still, I am clearly going to use these guys again.

Initial approach indicated requested particular stock was currently unavailable. Was then informed when my choice of wine was then in stock. My order was then delivered within a few days. It was very safely and secured. I had a very friendly discussion with the delivery man including where product could be placed at back if we were out.

Always a prompt response and quick service.

I asked for the shipping to be hold till more items were back in stock, which was in a few days time… a member of staff clearly mentioned in an email thread that they would hold the shipping! Unfortunately, the shipping was sent and was then I was told the next shipping will be waved and I would only have to pay for items. When I contacted KWM wines, they said that they could not wave the shipping even tho they said they would hold the shipping first time around. Then, nor did they wave the shipping which they promised. If I could give it zero stars I would. Customer service is pathetic. Would highly recommend ordering else where. I would NEVER place another order, and they delete all bad reviews from trustpilot, so angry I’m leaving a review anyway.
