I had insurance on my home with this…

I had insurance on my home with this company for 5 years. Home and vehicle guys name was Hunter, left messages, called, several times to speak with this person, never would get back. About My home with escrow payment. He returned my call real piece of work this entitled person. Concerning my home insurance. Just wanted to ask why my home insurance went up 380$ in the last few years years never heard from him. Never had a claims perfect driving record no answer. Went to another company for a quote just to see what was out there. Come to find out he was charging me triple as much ALL other companies. To make a long story short.do Not trust or go through this guy. They are crooks keep looking and don't settle for these crooks

KY Farm Bureau

Mark Gaines, working out of W Broadway, Louisville, KY, has the absolute worst customer service. When I tried to switch to another agent, he wouldn't release the information. Telling him I wouldn't deal with his office apparently is too large of an insult to his masculine pride. The rest of the company is also apparently too inept to rectify the situation. I've been told many completely contradictory pieces of information; I can only assume that they are either blatant liars or completely incompetent at their jobs.

Horrible, do not use no matter how cheap

Not good
Never have dealt with more unprofessionalism than I have with this insurance (so much so, my whole family and anyone I know is now switching). I recently got into a non-fault accident, it was after hours so I reported it to an after hour hotline, and was told I would be contacted once the office opened, I never was, I had to contact them myself. After a week of getting the run around and not getting a call back to messages left, I finally reached a woman that told my that my car was deemed as a total loss, five days after it was deemed so. Here's the worst part of the event, while telling me that my car was deemed a total loss, the woman I was talking to started to laugh, she could hardly finish her sentence of telling me that my car was totaled without laughing, when I asked her why she was laughing, she told me she was doing it as a "defense mechanism so that she didn't yell at me". Why am I; as a customer, being yelled at here? I filed a claim with my insurance, which is what you're supposed to do in an event like this. I asked her for her name, since she was so unprofessional, and she said that she would refuse to give it to me. She set the phone down after that and I could hear her in the background saying, "she's not hanging up, so someone is going to have to deal with this now". So now I am without a car, and was treated like a horrible person when they should (as the say on their site) comfort you and be on your side. Please don't use this company, you get what you pay for, if I ever do receive a settlement on this, we shall see.
