I highly do nit recommend thisprovider as they do not eant to cooperate on unathorized charges

Without electricity, the internet doesn't work well, rates often go up, and service quality stays the same

They turned off the internet and every day they say they will turn it on tomorrow. A week later they started saying they will turn it on in a week. The prices are the highest on the market and the quality is one of the lowest.

Such a brilliant chap Vlad helped with SIM.. despite being busy... excellent customer service

Kyivstar, the type of company you have to read the terms and conditions;

Unlimited, doesn't mean unlimited! in fact it actually means limited!

Inconsistancy with tariffs - some start at 1st of month so if you join before the 1st you will get charged for a full month. Also you get charged a full month for changing to a diffferent tariff. Others start on date you took the tariff.

If you leave funds in your account, these will be automatically used so, if you accidently go outside of yuor tariff for example and as forementioned didn't realise you didn't have unlimited etc.

SMS messages will be charged, even if they do not send.

Attempts for refunds or resolution denied. When I raise the issue of unlimited not being unlimited, I have had 2 customer service representatives end the conversation.

Customer service takes over an hour to contact via telegram.

When the service works it is great but I am sure you would agree the forementioned points are simply fraud.

App only available in Ukrainian language.

I love Ukraine and I support Zelenskyy. However the fact is that Kyivstar work with Ukraine Intelligence Services to block your service for 4 days within 3 miles of the Ukraine border if you enter from a neighbouring country.They know it but deny it. When I am walking around Odesa with missiles falling and you blocked my service. Thanks Kyivstar for helping Putin you traitor.

Average internet quality. May be it is normal in Kiev, but in the stellite cities there are prehistoric equipment and average signal quality
