Outstanding product and customer service.
The Kylin customer service experience was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful and all enquiries were answered quickly.
I paid an extra $200 for the sauna to be installed. So glad I did, the guy was very precise and methodical.
As for the Sauna, it is perfect !!

One star lost as it could of come with an intro guide of what temp, how long

Their after sales service is atrocious.....UPDATED!
Their after sales service is atrocious! I ordered a seating cushion mat for my sauna eight days ago, and so far I still haven't received it, and nobody seems to know where it is or what happened to it, or even if it's been sent!!!
So they've had my money for eight days, and it still hasn't been sent???
Unbelievable,,,,,,,and I'm NOT HAPPY!!
UPDATE: After waiting 8 days for my parcel to arrive, I've since found out that my parcel had NOT been sent which means they LIED to me because they sent me an email saying that it had been sent!
**NEW UPDATE: After many frustrating emails & phone calls, at long last I finally received my parcel after waiting 12 days for it to be delivered, and Kylin has now reimbursed me for the inconvenience and hassles that I had been through.
