perfect service
I ordered a Keyboard at Kytary.at which was not available at the others. Their support was great and answered all my questions. As ist came to delivery, I got the OBJid# from GLS and could track it perfectly.

The way you talk to your customers…
The way you talk to your customers horrible. When there is a mistake nobody tries to fix it. I had really started to think that I was cheated. Anyway almost in 3 weeks I had to wait.

Good customer service!
Ordered a few things from Kytary, and most items were perfect, but unfortunately there was a problem with the ukulele, which was clearly a manufacturing fault. Customer service made sure that the instrument was picked up from my home, and offered a full refund. Would happily order from them again!

Easy , good price!
Hey! Pretty cool experience I had.
I bought the first guitar but not very satisfied with it after 2 weeks. So I contacted customer service and they just organized DPD to pick up and got my money back very soon. Then I bought another one and now I’m pretty happy about it. Great quality this time.
I still need music stuff in future and I will check Kytary giving the great price and service!

False Products. Unhelpful. Unreliable. Shifty.
It has been more than a month since we bought the KORG Electribe Sampler Red from Kytary.at. Which supposed to be a brand new - unopened box, arrived without the adaptor. No matter how many times we called or wrote them to make a complain about the missing part, nobody took us serious. Eventually they offered to send us a 'universal' adaptor instead of the missing original part. We of course refused as one would expect having all the original parts of a product when buying a new one. They keep stalling us every time we try to reach them. Now all I want is to return the product and get a refund. Yet we are still being stalled by these people. They keep telling us "we will call you back...etc.". It has been more than a month! This company is nothing more than a fraud!
