Great experience
Site said would be out of stock for over a month. Ordered anyway and they shipped following week which was great luck. They responded to my email within 24 hrs and guitar arrived in perfect condition was practically in tune too 🙂 Thank you

I ordered a guitar and some small related stuff for it. The delivery arrived in Dublin just in time as it was a birthday present. All was well and safely packed, all guarantee and instructions documents were presented. The ordered stuff itself came in great condition. I got informed about my parcel on each of delivery steps. I’m very satisfied that I chose this shop for my present as it was not cheap. Definitely I will order all needed musical stuff from this site in future!

Parcel cannot be located and I cannot get an update!!!!!!!!
On 28Feb2022, I ordered a Reloop Buddy DJ decks as a holy communion present for my twin boys. My payment was confirmed as successful on 01mar and the money (€220) was taken from my account.
On 23Mar I recieved an email from PPL courier company asking if I had received my order, I replied and said no, I asked for a status on the order. I also forwarded this email to Kytary and asked for the status of my order. PPL replied on 24Mar and stated that my parcel could not be located and advised I contact the sender. I again forwarded that email to Kytary and again asked for a status on my order.
Kytary responded stating that they had contacted the courier company and expected an update in 5 working days. On 31Mar (5working days later) I emailed asking for an update but got no reply. Again yesterday (04Apr) I emailed asking for an update and again no reply.
Today I rang the customer service number (1800 300182) and got an automated message stating that the service is not available to callers from my region (Ireland).
The tracking link states it's been in the Netherlands since that 03Mar.
It is now 4 weeks to the Holy Communion. I not only fear I wont have the DJ decks in time, I now also fear I'm not going to get my refund as I'm not getting any responses to my emails.
The majority of the reviews for Kytary on trust pilot were so positive, I am so disappointed with my experience.
